Goods had a casual shirt I was desperately trying to get for my girlfriend as a surprise Christmas gift. Unfortunately, the shirt sold out rather quickly at Phase Eight and at Next and the only other UK store that had this item, didn't have it in my girlfriend's size. I managed to find Goods (based in Ireland) and they had the shirt in her size but unfortunately, it wouldn't let me order the item as Goods don't currently ship to the UK (due to Brexit).
Fortunately, after some clarification on this and some correspondence, an agreement was made they would hold one of the shirts for me and ship it to me as a very kind gesture. Annette was the one to do this for me and sorted this all for me and was amazing with her quick responses and for putting the process in place of ordering and getting this shipped out to me so quickly. I want to thank her for her tremendous help and support with this and for going above and beyond to get this shipped to me. It's very much appreciated.
I have managed to order the shirt and I'm so pleased I've managed to secure this as it was my last hope to get this for my girlfriend, who will be very happy with this when she opens it on Christmas Day. Thank you once again Goods and Annette for sorting this for me and going out of your way to help me with this item.

I do not have a complaint about Goods . I have a complaint about the delivery of the package. I was told that It would be delivered on 6th June and that I would get notice of the exact time 1 hour before delivery. This did not happen. I rang Goods to let them know that the package had not come by 8th. It was delivered on 9th.

We do not have an online chat at this time so we couldn't not of spoken to you through one and we take strong offence to being called a scam company as our countless 5 star reviews will show we are nothing of the sort. You are not a customer of ours, nor have you ever been one and as you are based in the UK and we only trade within Ireland you could not of had any business dealings with us. We have made several attempts to contact you to get to the bottom of this review but as you refuse to converse with us we can only come to the conclusion that it is you that is the scam artist. We have reported your review to Trustpilot as scam reviews such as yours can be extremely damaging to companies like ours.

The problem I had was I live in London wanted to send my niece in Ireland the voucher but had to send it to my email and then forwards it to my niece . But the good news is it’s great I can now send vouchers to my family.
