Informative, pleasant , understanding and extremely helpful

I had a great interaction with Oli from Good Move he answered all my questions and concerns around selling a property in the condition that mine is in. He was professional knowledgeable and very easy to talk to about my concerns. In the end the issues with my property are now being dealt with and although I won't be using their service I shall keep the details for any changes in the future. I recommend this company wholeheartedly. Thank you once again Oli.

What an amazing experience! I spoke with Greg this evening and he was absolutely brilliant - answered all my questions, was very patient with me when I didn’t fully understand something and took the time to explain. He really went above and beyond for me. He was also very knowledgeable and gave great advice, he was also very considerate and took the time to understand my situation and was very honest about products that weren’t right for my situation. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Greg again and I can definitely recommend him. I really appreciate the how honestly and understand Greg has been and it was a refreshing experience as I’ve found dealing with estate agents to be stressful at times.

All the staff at Goodmove were extremely helpful and efficient. Communications were timely and I was kept in the loop at every stage of the process. I cannot recommend GoodMove highly enough – buying my new home was so much smoother and less stressful than I ever imagined, entirely thanks to this incredible team.

Every single person I dealt with was friendly, efficient, and genuinely cared about getting everything right for me – but Yasemin went above and beyond in every possible way. She was always at the end of the phone whenever I called, and I’ve never known any company answer so quickly, no matter what time of day it was! Spoke to Greg, although he was unble to help in the way initially wanted with my property, he spent time advising on what he thought would be the best route with my property and was very honest and had great advice. I had a lovely conversation with Greg this morning, and although I won’t be going with Goodmove because they are unable to offer full house value, Greg helped and advised me of the best route to take in order to sell my house, I was very impressed that this company do not try to brow beat you into using them and thoroughly recommend them!
