Thank goodness for GoodMove - I just sold a relatives home which was in very, very poor condition, due to their health a quick sale was essential. Within 10 working days - sold and at a very realistic price too. Nathan was just amazing, dealt with everything swiftly & professionally, even sending couriers to the care home to make the sale possible - wouldn't hesitater to recommend or use again

Katy was very helpful through the whole process from start to finish . Kept me informed on a regular basis as to how the sale was progressing and was dealing with a particular awkward buyers solicitor . Always polite and friendly cant thank her enough . Max and Sophie very good as well would definitely recommend Good Move .

Cannot rate Goodmove highly enough. Really pleased with the offer we received. The whole process from instruction to completion took less than 8 weeks. Katie and Jess were our initial contacts then Zoe from the progressions team. Zoe was amazing. She kept in touch with both us and the buyers, keeping us all updated, providing a seamless service. Very happy with all aspects of the transaction with Good Move. In particular they did as they said they would do at all times. I felt I could trust them which is critical in quick sale transactions such as this. Everyone was helpful. In particular Lucy, Marcus and Adam were superb.

Used Goodmove to sell my flat, really good company to deal with, always called me back if i called and they weren’t available, had a bit of a nightmare dealing with the lease company who owned the building but goodmove did all they could to help, a special mention to Sophie who was great to deal with and was a great help in getting the sale over the line, i would definitely use them again and would recommend to others.

The team at Goodmove were approachable and friendly throughout the difficult sale of a property. Zoe and Sophie were always quick to reply to any questions and just as quick to act in order to achieve a sale. Avoid. Reduce the offer to a ridiculous level just before completion. People are not stupid.Dishonest and waste your time

The person who I spoke to was so honest, friendly and gave his guidance. Really helpful.

We established early on in the conversation that this wasn’t the route for us, which was through him being honest, and he still shared his guidance.

Always keeping in touch when I needed reassurance or answers to my questions. I always knew the offer would be much lower than market value but the process was clear and easier for me to deal with when I was feeling overwhelmed, than to tackle myself independently. Dealing with 2 separate solicitor firms, 1 for Probate ,1 for Sale of property, had little continuity but both firms were excellent.
The sale completed quickly after that, and I was satisfied with the whole process. Thank you
