Trying to have some empathy and stop sending emails not written in English would be a good start. Setting people up in a subscription they didn't request and also charging them for goods which were not delivered.....do I need to go further!

Scam! Wont respond to emails and hard to contact! I never wanted to subscribe, ordering just one product to my knowledge but obiously a scam.

SCAM SCAM SCAM AVOID THIS COMPANY

I would give zero stars but that precludes you from leaving a Trust Pilot review! This company is a total SCAM. I bought one pot of tablets from them on 10th May for £16.44 to trial them, these took 3 weeks to come which I had to chase up. I see today a pending payment with my bank for £50.79 so I have somehow been signed up for a subscription I didn’t want. They know exactly what they are doing and do not make it clear when you initially purchase that you are entered into a subscription. I have contacted my bank tonight to ensure further payments will be declined, as having read other reviews I have zero faith that customer service will act promptly to cancel this subscription I never signed up for. Absolutely disgraceful trading standards from a company that prides themselves on being Vegan & ethical.

Avoid buying anything from this…

Avoid buying anything from this company! I purchased 1 bottle of Betacarotene Gold, the tablets don’t even work there is no difference in my skin colour. They have not sent me another 2 bottles charging me £65 which i never ordered and they are saying it’s a subscription. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF WITH THEIR SCAM PRODUCTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Great customer service and very…

Great customer service and very friendly and helpful. I’m still not sure the product works as it’s early days but the company aren’t scammers. It is a subscription but if you notify them directly that you want to cancel the subscription so that you are only trying for a month, just email them like I did. They were very helpful for me. No color difference after 30 days + delays

As a selftan lover, I wanted to take supplements like this one to get even darker, now that summer is approaching. I had ordered the strong version with 15mg betacarotene. It took a while to arrive (Norway to Germany should take a couple of days, not over a week) and took 2 capsules everyday for 30 days. Honestly, there is no color difference in my skin tone. I did ask them when I am supposed to see any difference and they said most people see a difference after 3 weeks, but it can take longer. Then, the following package came way too late, even if they marked it as “sent”, it took over 2 weeks to arrive, so I had to switch to another product because I did not want to interrupt the intake of betacarotene into my body, which is of course pity (really wanted to take it for at least 10 weeks, to give it a second chance). They also do not respond to the regular customer service email starting with “kundeservice”, but only to “hello”, which is very confusing. Luckily, my subscription was cancelled. I really, really wanted to love your product, but given the delays in both deliveries and incorrect customer email address, I am disappointed. By the way, since I did look into this type pf products and purchased 5 other ones besides this, I can definitely say this is one of the expensive ones. I hope it works for you, as it did not work for me (and I had hopes)!

Absolutely nothing saying this is a subscription service. Cancelled immediately by email twice on 7th. Automatic reply immediately. Still processed the order on the 10th!! Ignore their replies to the low rated reviews. Disgraceful customer service!!
