Wonderful

Total scam of a company

Total scam of a company who hide the fact they are a subscription service, and make purposefully difficult to cancel the subscription you didn't even know you signed up to. Absolutely no way to cancel your subscription on the website, you have to contact customer support, who are about as easy to contact as the dead. you'll actually get more luck using a Ouija board to talk to someone than their telephone number.

Also, now I have three items I don't need and according to their policy, I cannot return.

Avoid at all costs. Absolute sh*tshow of a company.

They force you to use product!
I claimed that I don’t need two items in a same time! but thy refuse to return it back. Apparently their business model is based on forcing people to buy a product which they don’t want! And they don’t have contact number!!!!

This Company is definitly a scam

This Company is definitly a scam! Please don‘t Order from them - you will Make an Order for one product and After a while they will Send you this Product - Followed By two More Products you Never ordered. They will Tell you that you signed up for an Abonnement - But the thruth is that They Hide that in the ordering process. When you Contact the Customer Support They will not answer. I will give this case to me Lawyer as There is clearly no otherway to get in Touch With the Customer Support.They will answer this review With the Same answer They give to everyone who is complaining about the Same Issue, But in reality They will not Change anything. Please Never buy from Them - There are More serious companies available. Good for me norway is Not one of them

Don’t fall for the scam

Edit - thanks for the reply but it doesn’t help my bank balance does it? I am over £50 down. I retraced my steps using another email address and you DO NOT make it clear this is a subscription. You are tricking people in to ordering this using a discount code and then they have been signed up. You could help my refunding me the money you tricked me out of and also putting a tick box in to warn customers they are signing up to a subscription, and warning people before the next one is due. The fact you do none of these show you are underhand and conning people.

I recently had an offer to try the tanning tablets for half price, which I took up and ordered. I should have been charged £14.00 - my Klarna bill is £49.99. It looks as though I have been set up for a subscription even though I asked for a one off purchase. I have received just one bottle of tablets, which have cost me £50. Please do not fall for their scam as I did. I am majorly out of pocket for one bottle of tanning pills that haven’t even made a difference to my skin.
