They are scammers because they gave me what I didn’t order and no reply to my emails concerning this issue.
If they don’t solve this issue this week I will be announcing which agence and why it’s better buy from…..

Disappointing

they give you the impression you will get real time price per gr. gold of 14 or 18 carat according to their test x total grams. i should receive then 2300 euro but they offered only 1430. asking later by whatsapp why, you get a juicy story about
less gold quality and extra work
to make the articles suitable to resell... which they don't old gold will be melted

Avoid this place

Despite an appointment at the Pontivy shop had to wait over 30 mins. Was offered 1372€ for some gold which was valued at around 5600€ on their site. He then increased it to 4700€ when he realised we knew the true value. walked to another dealer and got 5,600€. My feeling was he was trying to con 2 English women.
