Worryingly slow
Placed an order (my first) on 04.07. for 2 types of 1-oz silver coins, both marked as 'Opportunite', i.e. presumably on special offer.
Sent identity details as demanded the same day.
Nothing heard so raised a question on the website - on 22.07. I was asked to 'contact Michel' but on the same day received email to say that order had been shipped. Delivery programmed for 26.07.
Nothing received on that day. Tracking stuck on "alert - delayed for operational reasons".
Eventually received late on 29.07. Disappointing packaging for the value of the product - just a jiffy bag in a plastic UPS "very urgent" (was that a joke?) bag.

Excellent Customer Service Overseas
I was hesitant to deal with a company outside the United States, but the customer service was excellent even with a language barrier since I do not speak French. My order was handled professionally and courteously. I would highly recommend this company for your needs.

Safely, the existing problem was successfully resolved
The quality of the coins is excellent, thank you!
There was a problem with the long non-delivery of my order and very poor feedback.
After posting the initial review here on the site, a normal manager finally called me and we resolved the issue in 10 minutes, followed by a quick dispatch and successful receipt of the order.
The initial review is negative, at 1 star. The final review of 5 stars, in the hope that my case (successfully resolved) is an exception to the rule.
