very poor after service
very poor after service, brought a ring as an anniversary present didn't wear it for 6 months and a diamond fell out within 6 months. Contacted Goldtouch who eventually replaced the diamond for free but had to wait 9 weeks for my ring with little response to emails. I even got accused of saying they sold me a secondhand ring (which I didn't say). What i did say was that I has paid a lot less money for rings and they had not lost any diamonds or other stones. Would I buy from them again? No!

Fantastic Service And Products
First time into this store and we were greeted by Deepak. He was wonderful to deal with, understood what I was looking for and I ended buying my first TISSOT Seastar 1000 Powermatic. Absolute beautiful watch. I will certainly be returning to do Business with Deepak again. Thank you so much.
