You don't have the slightest respect for a customer. I have never encountered such bad service in my life.
I placed an order for a wallet and waited for confirmation of shipment, but none ever arrived. I contacted customer support multiple times asking for an update, especially because the item was part of a birthday present and it was important for me to know whether it would arrive in time.
Unfortunately, I never received any reply. No shipping confirmation, no explanation, and no response from customer support at all.
Because of the complete lack of communication, I eventually had to request a refund.
I understand that delays can happen, but ignoring customers who are trying to get basic information about their order is simply unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise other buyers to be cautious when ordering from this company.
I ordered a wallet on 08/12/25 and still not received it. I received an email on 18/12/205 that there were problems at the warehouse, I would receive an email with the shipment details the day after. Unfortunately no email received and still not received the wallet. I even get no answer of the support team concerning my order. Very disappointing.
I bought my first ROIK wallet in 2019. In 2022, I decided to buy a new one, not because the old one wasn't good anymore or anything, but just because I wanted a different look with a new colour. Today, in 2025, I decided to buy my third ROIK wallet, again, not because the old ones aren't great or don't look good anymore, but just because I want a different colour.
My first 2019 ROIK wallet still looks greater than ever, and the patina only made it prettier. It's still holding up pretty well, even SIX years after the purchase. I had to look it up for my first purchase email, because I couldn't believe that wallet was six years old.
Throughout the past six years, I've owned many other different wallets. Mainly out of curiosity with me testing new wallets as I found them ads in the internet. None, absolutely none of them, lasted as long as my ROIK. First because the quality of no other wallets I purchased is good enough to last six years, but also because absolutely no other wallets were minimalist enough yet hold everything I need at the same time.
ROIK is super minimalist, yet can hold all my cards and IDs, AND unfolded paper money, which no other wallet can.
Let alone all of that, ROIK is also very fairly priced, and it's not an expensive wallet.
Looking forward to six more years with my new colour of ROIK now!
I've been buying ROIK wallets for years. They're the best wallets I've ever used . I use them for myself and as gifts for my brothers and husband. The leather is top-quality and handcrafted !!
I ordered a few products (all "in stock" and according to the website shipping the next day) from roik mid august, and since then there has been a complete radio silence from them.
The order has been confirmed instantly but nothing has been actually shipped. Repeated inquiries about the current status of the order have been left unanswered.
Requests to cancel the order completely and refund the money have also gone unnoticed.
The Roik-Team does unfortunately completely ignore all mails and requests via their contact form. The only thing they did is take my money (about 140€) and keep it.
As it stands: My recommendation is to shop somewhere/anywhere else.
Edit: Upgrading my review to two three stars, as the order was actually shipped (and arrived), and the products look decent but there is still no communication from the seller.
The company makes lovely stuff only it is extremely slow in delivering. They do send so called apology e mails after a complaint but these do not tell you ANYTHING. It is very frustrating indeed. I dont think 65 € is exactly cheap so I thought some good customer service would be at least part of the deal.
All in All I am very, VERY, disappointed with this firm

I’ve been trying to contact Roik for the last month, sent 4 emails now without any feedback.
My walled started ripping in the corner after only 2 weeks of light use and Roik won’t address my issue. Sent an email with multiple photos to prove it but nothing yet. Terrible support as of now
Bought the vegan leather wallet with zip coin pocket in "Desert" color. In the picture the color looks almost yellow but I got a brown wallet. I would expect the color to look at least close to the picture if I'm paying €65 for a wallet this small. It still looks really good and the quality is also nice.
Now, the website shows ratings of the products and I would've given 4 stars since the wallet still looks nice, but I can't find a way to rate my purchase there, which seems misleading.

Product as described, fast shipped all is good. Small functional wallet. Recommend.
I have three ROIK wallets and have just ordered two more. They are the best wallets out there They are compact but hold plenty of cards and notes. They are well made and good quality. Their best feature is their size - they don't create a huge bulge in your pocket.
I use one for day to day in the UK, one is always ready with my Euros and EU cards and one holds all my membership cards.
Customer service is great too.

Customer service has been ignoring my e-mails since the moment I placed an order.
They completely messed up and did not put my last name or my phone number on the order (even tho I sent the e-mail minutes after I placed an order) and now the delivery company cannot deliver my package.
I want either a full refund (because they messed up) or my order to be properly delivered. And I can't even reach them to solve this issue because they have BEEN IGNORING ME FOR ALMOST 2 WEEKS.
Please solve this disaster asap.
