I placed an order on Goldenminer.de on July 16, 2024, for a Bitmain Antminer BTC S19pro+ Hydro and paid for it via bank transfer. The total cost of the order was €1,863.99. Shortly after the payment, I received an automatic order confirmation stating that the item would be shipped within 5-7 days.
However, as the days passed, I grew increasingly concerned because I had not received any shipping information. I made several attempts to contact the seller via SMS and phone calls to the numbers provided on their website (+49 2602 9191891 and +49 2602 9191892), but for a long time, no one responded. Eventually, I managed to reach someone who identified himself as the brother of Taulant Morina (the company’s owner). He promised to relay my message, and shortly afterward, Taulant Morina called me back, assuring me that the item would be shipped with enhanced specifications. Despite these promises, the item was never shipped.
Realizing that I was being misled, I decided to file a report with the police. On August 5, 2024, I submitted a formal complaint to the Koblenz police, where I detailed all the circumstances of the case, including the phone numbers I used to contact the seller and the unfulfilled promises made by Taulant Morina. Over the next few days, I communicated with the criminal inspector, who confirmed the receipt of my complaint and informed me that the case would be forwarded to the local police department for further investigation.
Not only did they fail to deliver the paid-for item, but they also did not refund my money.
