Worst customer service ever,I am more than an hour struggling on live chat and I only get one automated generic response every 20mins without my request being resolved.Also too bad that limits or self exclusion are only accessible via chat(which is inefficient and time consuming),you cannot set limits manually.Not worth at all.
I am experiencing a serious issue with my account verification and withdrawals.
All of my KYC documents (Photo ID, Proof of Address, Proof of Payment, and Selfie with Documents) are already marked as approved in my verification section. The progress bar also shows 100% completed.
However, my account status still appears as “Uncompleted / Unverified”, and every withdrawal request I make is automatically rejected.
I have already clicked the “Check documents” button multiple times, but the status does not change and the issue persists.
Please manually review my account and finalize the verification so that I can withdraw my balance (€100.10).

A very unpleasant experience with this casino. Despite requesting self-exclusion, my request was not processed by the staff. Communication with customer support via chat is ineffective, as they only respond with generic, scripted messages and keep repeating the same information without offering real solutions.
