I ordered from this site but the product never arrived. After cancelling my account and even receiving a confirmation email, they continued charging my card. When I asked for a refund, they told me to leave a positive review on Trustpilot in exchange. This is highly deceptive and dishonest. I had to cancel my card to stop further charges. Be careful — this company is not trustworthy.
Something is shady with them
Something is shady with them. In order to cancel your subscription, they try to buy you out by asking you to leave a positive review. If you don't, they charge you what you supposedly gave up. Then a couple of days later, they charge you again. All while playing innocent like they dont know where the second charge came from.

This is not how you do customer support
My experience has not been a good one. I never signed up for the account nor had I ever heard of this website till they emailed me to say I have a VIP account with them which was about to be renewed in the 26th and that the charge would be 66 Euros. The currency in my country is 20 to the Euro so this is a large amount.
I repeatedly tried to use the cancellation button, sent various panicked emails and tried the chat function to no avail. The cancellation button told me to check my email but nothing came through for 2 days.
I was contacted on the 25th to assure me that my subscription has been cancelled. However I was also asked to delete this review in order to close the matter for their audit team. They have continued to spam email over and over again with reminders to delete this review before they will reimburse me or delete me fully from their database.
At first I edited my review to reflect that they had made contact but now I feel that what they call customer service harassment. I feel for anybody who has to deal with this company. Their "customer service" is coercive and completely inappropriate.
