Absolutely terrible experience

Absolutely terrible experience with this store. I ordered MTB bars and received the wrong size. I reached out immediately, but my messages fell on deaf ears. I tried contacting them multiple times, even through their contact form, and still got zero response. After two months of being ignored, I had no choice but to get my money back through NETS. Suddenly, the shop decides to reach out, but instead of resolving anything, they threaten me with fines for getting my money back! The owner is completely unprofessional and refuses to cooperate on returning the item, despite me showing proof of my attempts to contact him. This whole situation is a joke, and I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone. Save yourself the hassle!
