No customer service or order fulfillment.

Placed an order (with a promo code) in August of 2022. Contacted in October of 2022 and was told fulfillment would be another 5-7 weeks. Never recieved anything. Have reached out through social media and their website five times in the last few weeks with no response. The company seems to not care and refuses to fulfill orders.

If I could give this company ZERO…

If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would. They are a SCAM, people! Don’t waste your time or your money. Placed an order over 2 months ago with no response from the company, no refund, no nothing. Have tried to contact them on social media platforms, e-mail SEVERAL times with no response. Please beware and save your money for a company who actually sells products to people. Clearly, this one doesn’t.

Abysmal Customer Service, No Product

Don't fall for the hype. First, their fulvic acid-spiked water doesn't provide any additional beneifts that regular water doesn't already provide; it's not going to transform your life lol, it's just a drink with an aesthetic. Second, blk. takes your money and holds it hostage for at least two weeks before shipping out the product.

At least, I'm assuming it's *at least* two weeks. I'm two weeks into waiting, and I haven't even received my product or a single tracking number.

Customer service is unhelpful, laced with typical meaningless corporate language. Not only "We're so sorry you haven't received your order yet," but also, "we'll follow up with you later this week." Except, they did *not* follow up with any updates. At all. So, not only was the reply to the customer's inquiry absolutely unproductive and uninformative, the customer is left waiting for who knows how long. Stellar service. /s

Somebody needs to step up and get your abysmal shipping and customer service departments in order. I work in a shipping company and even our logistics isn't as bad as this lmao.
