It's very good. The only issue i have is if you pay manually before the allowance is due to your child, you are hit with allowance reminders through email/texts it wasn't paid directly through them.

Everything was fine until they kept on taking money from my credit card (which I’d removed as a payment option), each month for the monthly membership fee. Had to remove the card multiple times but it kept on happening, there excuse for the card being put back onto the app as a payment option was “if it can’t be taken from your regular card it will use one you’ve used previously even if you’ve removed it”….again, no reason whatsoever for it not to be able to be taken from my regular card. Eventually they blocked my credit card so nothing could be taken out ever again, great, but then I started having trouble with my regular card that I have always use for the app, it wouldn’t let me transfer funds or anything, it kept saying there was an error, & this went on & on & on, & yes the card was in date & valid, it doesn’t run out until next year!
After about a month of this I decided to just close my child’s accounts & have the money transferred over to a different account of mine so I could then set up a different spending card with a different provider, & yes, you’ve guessed it, more issues. Cancelled the accounts fine, but my child’s funds which were supposed to be sent over to another account never arrived! At their end it got sent apparently, but at my end there’s absolutely nothing. I contacted my bank to check, & they couldn’t find any such payment going into my bank account. GoHenry refused to do a forward track on the transaction as advised by my bank, instead they just fobbed me back & forth between themselves & my bank. A month & a half later & still no sign of my children’s money, the money is lost, vanished, disappeared! & it looks like my kids will never get it back either!
I am in the middle of closing my child’s JISA with GoHenry & I am very concerned that I will loose nearly £100 worth of savings when I try & transfer that now!
Wish I had never ever started with GoHenry! My kids spending cards are now with Monzo, & so far so good, & FREE! So if you’re thinking of getting GoHenry DON’T! Go for Monzo instead, or, just simple go with your own bank account for your kids .

Very handy, but constantly asks me to set up my son's pocket money, when I don't use it for that and no way to turn it off. Sometimes doesn't 'load' and I have to go back out and retry. The card mostly doesn't work on busses either. But these are minor and the overall experience is fast and slick and very convenient. So I would recommend.

It’s really useful because sometimes businesses don’t accept cash so it saved me from being heartbroken. High respect.

What I have noticed is that there is not very many lessons to do and nothing to do with the xp you earn. You can earn xp by doing the money missions apart from as far as I can remember there aren't very many. One of the main problems are that you are unable to do anything with your xp, maybe you can add some kind of reward system for the Xp I don't know. But it would make the app better.

I lost my go Henry card and I was able to buy it online myself instead of my parents having to buy it!

This is such a great app for teaching your children money skills. The best thing luckily you can not go into det, because if i am bieng honest if det was allowed most childrens' accounts would be in the negative. 😂
