Opened accounts for my granddaughters

Opened accounts for my granddaughters. They love have an ATM card (although the eldest teen can't seem to help but spend it all 😁) to feel independent. So easy to add money to their accounts and their investment accounts are doing so well!!!

Horrible customer support

I sent an email to get a new card to my new address and had zero response. When I called the customer service number I got a message stating the phone is not working and that's when I sent an email and zero response. I'm getting ready to cancel

Acorns Early is a subscription service meaning that we do charge a monthly subscription fee to use the service. We are really proud of the service and the various features we offer to our customers. These features range from automatic allowances, to personalised savings goals, to 100+ educational 'Money Missions' for your child to help with their understanding when it comes to earning, spending, or saving.
