People be careful GoGoCard is scam
People be careful GoGoCard is scam! I opened a card , I paid around 200 euros for it,
Gogocard operates only on telegram, to top up the card they asking you to send money (rubles) to random private persons through sberbank
So my first top up was around 100 usd (exchange rate is very bad) , I tried to use this card to pay online- but payment didn’t go through, because customer service needs to approve payment, I contacted customer service on telegram and they finally approved it , saying it’s temporary problem and sometimes can happens
So I topped up the card again (other 100 usd in rubles, sent to other random private person through sberbank, (every procedure takes so long time, every time you need to contact customer service on telegram) and once I tryed to make again unsuccessful online payment- no one replied me for hours
No support at all
I made complaint in their telegram chat and they blocked me
I asked to refund my money but no one reply
So people be careful, it seems not legit scam
