I can not see anything through the lenses
I'm disappointed with the frames, I'm not sure they are what I ordered. Also the lens are not correct as I can not see with them. I'm wondering if I've been sent the wrong pair.

I had bought glasses from Specsavers…
I had bought glasses from Specsavers and because I need a prism they charged me £230 just for the lenses and when I received them they were blurred. They made 3 attempts and the final one was 'okay'. So I bought a pair from yourselves and they're perfect and for what I paid at Specsavers I could have bought 8 pairs from you!!

Excellent customer service, I had made a mistake with my order, email customer service, I had an instant response, and a link to show me the glasses i needed to meat my needs this was rectified all within a couple of emails and I received my new glasses within 10 days. Fast service. Excellent communication, excellent customer service. I would definitely use these again. Extremely reasonable. I ticked all the high-end boxes for my specs and the price was second to none. I even ended up having progressive glasses and these are absolutely excellent.
