Quick response, good communications, rapid dispatch - basically everything that is required when dealing with an on-line supplier. I normally try and visit the shop itself but I decided to go on-line because I didn't have the time to actually go and see them. The experience was as good as seeing them in person. However, I'd still go to the shop whenever possible; in order to support having an outlet that I can actually visit and view/discuss what I am buying.
