Very great customer response to my question.

We finally took the plunge and spent the money on BluTech...and we could not be happier. The 3-stage filtration system does great work and the water softener is PHENOMENAL. It makes such a difference on typical RV park hard water. Even the packaging that BluTech uses is beyond impressive. Top quality all the way through!

As always, the team at Blu tech goes the extra mile to help. However, I think your prices are too high for filters.

Blue tech sent new filters out UPS but post office would not accept them. Blu Tech advised it was there mistake and sent out a new set USPS right away. I love when companies don’t waste time fixing the issue.

Researched substantially & purchased Blu Tech water filtration system with confidence that it is a superior product. When a question arose re/delivery on a weekend (Sunday) I immediately received a clarifying & thorough response early Monday. Both sales & support are excellent in responsiveness!

Blu Tech has a great product I just wish the replacement filters for the AR3 off grid were on Amazon with free two day shipping. We travel full time and sometimes it’s hard to get the replacement filters when we are moving quickly. For some reason the three stage filters aren’t on there as of this date.

I spoke with Cale on the phone, he was extremely helpful getting me set up with bundle and few options to go along with it. He explained a couple of the new products that just came out. This is why I purchased The ar3 unc elite bundle the black tank flush along with the hose shark a bag and some line sterilizing solution. I cannot wait to stop loading cases of water every time we go somewhere and my wife is happy about the water conditioner for her hair. Win win 🇺🇸

I purchased a water softener at the end of last year. They recently came out with the new Smart Cap for the water softener which is a great innovative product. The Smart Cap by itself was not offered online without buying the whole water softener so I contacted customer service. They made it possible for me to purchase just the Smart Cap which I can install on my existing water softener. Super helpful and very responsive customer service!

Bought the R3 system. It is well built & the water tastes great. It is easy to setup. Very happy with the system.

Cale got on phone quickly and was s as be to determine what the issue was and walked through how to fix it!!

I misplaced my water softener user manual and needed help with the recharge procedure. The Blu representative walked me through the process and sent a copy of the softener user manual. Delighted I chose Blu Tech for my RV water filtration system!

I have had this companies products for about a year now and they are absolutely top notch. Very well made and amazing how much they filter. I knew my water was bad, but didn’t realize it was this bad! Not only do they have great products but their customer service is excellent. They are very nice, friendly but also very quick. I wrote them on a Friday expecting to hear back the week later yet they replied back late that same day. They have helped me every step of the way with all of my questions, so I had to come and leave them a good review, they deserve it!
