Outstanding start to finish

Website was easy to navigate and order.
Communication was excellent throughout the ordering and delivery process. Tracking was outstanding.
Product is phenomenal - superior quality and craftsmanship.

Great Products and Awesome Service

Blue Tech RV filters have always been just what I expected—good quality and exactly as described. Their customer service is excellent too. I’ve ordered the wrong item a couple of times, and the return process was super easy with clear instructions. I also met the owner at the Hershey RV Show—really nice guy who took the time to explain a few things. Overall, a great company to deal with!

Great customer service

I emailed BluTech with an issue with one of the replacement filters in the three set pkg that we just installed really slowing down our water pressure. Without hesitation, they stood behind their product. Apologized for the inconvenience and sent a replacement for that filter to us on the road. Besides the quality of their products, this customer service experience will keep us BluTech customers forever. Thank you

Customer service

I have been researching a water filtration system when I found Blu Tech. I have been going back and forth trying to make sure the order was complete for what I wanted. After not being able to find a phone number on the website I sent them a note and lo and behold they called me. What company does that these days. Value the customer to the point of going the extra mile. This lead to a long conversation where all of my questions got answered and of course I placed an order. Thank you!!
