Never recommend! Received a quote and scheduled to have a call with their team to discuss and ask a few more questions! Appointments maded and have received confirmation and reminder by email. But never received a call and no reply from them.

Would 100% recommend. The service from ChargeGuru and Jean-Philippe was excellent from start to finish.
Ours was a slightly complicated installation given the age of our home and the distance to our parking area. Everything went very smoothly.

I had a really bad experience with installing the Wallbox in our garden
I had a really bad experience with charge guru. They said, it will take 3 weeks since the moment we pay the half of the budget. I payed in the beginning of february and until beginning of May I dind't have everything installed. The electrician was saying all the time that he will contact us next week and this was noc happening. When he finally came after calling many times, he forgot to install one of the cables, the data cable! And the hole in the garden was already fulled of earth. Not professional workers, not on time as they said, and very expensice. we are really dissapointed!

Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service. I completed the survey, paid the fee of almost £700 and two weeks later an electrician turned up after much chasing to complete the job. He said the survey wasn't thorough enough and the job would have to be more extensive. Charge Guru would get back to me.
That was almost two weeks ago. Apparently Abid tells me it's with their "Senior Project Manager" who clearly has zero urgency to do anything now that they have got my money.
Avoid this cowboy conman outfit like the plague. I'll remove this revue once the job has been carried out, if they can be bothered to do it. Maybe they'll just keep my money and I'll never hear from them again, who knows

Worst service ever! AVOID

This is my experience with this company:
I contacted chargeguru and submitted the many required images for the remote survey for a charger on the 31/01/2024. I was then contacted as I was informed that a free on-site survey would be required. This was not an issue, but the earliest I was informed this could happen was 3 weeks away. This was annoying but it was all fine. A survey was booked for 20/02/2024 at 16:00. We were informed that we absolutly had to be in for this. We waited in and nobody turned up for this survey. I emailed the company the next day and didn't recieve a response. I then had to call to follow up myself.
I was then told that this seemingly imperative survey had just not been booked, but not to worry, as the head engineer has looked and apparently £2,240 would be the cost to install the charger?! If I wanted the on-site survey to be rebooked, I would now have to pay £60, as this was corporate policy now, and that was final. This is disgusting.
To me, it seems like they just wanted to extract an obscene amount of money for not a lot of work. Quite frankly, horrific customer service. For context, PodPoint quoted me £1,300 for the exact same job!
Avoid like the plague and get a more suitable company to install a charge point who won't rip you off and will actually prove the service they say they offer.
