A good experience!

It is great that they´ll gave me a refund so fast.

There has been a prompt response to my emails regarding a refund. All corredpondents have been polite and approved my refund.

I didn't like the way I was enrolled, but I like that the cancellation was an easy process.

It's disappointing how support staff tell clients to give them positive feedback prematurely and in the end don't deliver.
Glow tutor made multiple deductions on my bank card which were unauthorized, and when I complained, they asked me to give positive feedback as they worked upon my issue, but up to now I've never received my refund as promised. I've waited for weeks in vain.
And if I may ask, why do you ask for positive reviews? Let people rate you genuinely so that you know your gaps and work on how to improve service delivery.

There were issues with me unsubbscribing but staff are dealing with it

Whilst joining in error, I have since contacted them and they have been really helpful and understanding. So if you need to contact them for any reason I believe they will resolve any issues you have. Contact is quite straightforward.

This saga started at the beginning of April 2025

In a panic to pay for parking, a sticker on the meter gave a few options to download an app so I could pay. I downloaded one (Glow Tutor wasn't listed) which turned out to be owned by Glow Tutor. I didn't pay for the parking because I didn't know how so drove off and parked somewhere else which was free to park.

A day or so later I noticed 8p taken from my bank account from glowtutor.com. Rang my bank who did a google search to discover bad ratings.

I immediately emailed Glow Tutor and have had emails bouncing back and forth where I have deduced they are 'acting daft', 'pretending not to understand', or it's a robot replying to my emails.

I have asked more than once (no told them!) to cancel this subscription which I presumed I agreed to when attempting to pay for parking. So depending on who responds I either get - 'your subscription amount is due', 'we've cancelled your subscription which will take AN AGE!!', 'hope you're enjoying your subscription' with a list of benefits that reads like they've picked random words out the sky!

My bank say they can only help me if they actually take more money out of my bank account, they advised me to keep a paper trail, which I am doing with the emails saga.

I have learnt that I must take coins with me next time I think I will have to pay for parking!

They invited me to review my experience with customer services - they're having a laugh!!!!

Was fraudulently signed up for this. I hadn't got a clue what it was for when my bank called to say there was suspected fraudulent payment being attempted. Thankfully they blocked it so the payment was never made. Have gone into the app using my email and created a new password and cancelled the thing. Hate stuff like this happening.

I inadvertently subscribed to this service and payment when using a parking app.

Absolute scam of a company, thought I was signing up to a loyalty card for morrisons, tried to cancel as soon as I made the account, they offer a 3 day trial but if you cancel it takes 14 days to cancel and they will take £49, no matter what you ask them they just quote there terms and conditions, Stay Away, if could give no stars I would

Fraudulently charged my card. I think they stole this data as I have no record of ever signing up with this company. STAY AWAY!
