I messaged my order was delivered to a…
I messaged my order was delivered to a prior address and the new resident would not return the package. I updated my address and asked if my order could be resent due to this. Cathy responded with links that the order was delivered, which I already knew as I was the one to inform her that it was delivered at a prior address. She proceeded to say there was nothing to be done. Because of her condescending tone, I canceled my subscription altogether. Other companies I have purchased from would have just sent the order knowing it was a mistake and I would have not only continued my subscription but would have tried additional products. I am disputing the charge with AMEX that I never received the product and including that the merchant would not assist in resolving the issue.

Doesn’t work
Lash serum did nothing at all after more than 2 months. I tried UK lash and seen results within a few weeks don’t waste your money.

I'm obsessed with Glow For It
I'm obsessed with Glow For It! Their products actually WORK - my lashes, brows and hair have never looked so good. I've had issues in the past with short lashes from wearing false lashes all the time and now my natural lashes are my favourite feature. 10/10 would recommend Glow For It to everyone!!!

Would give no stars! Awful customer service! No care about customers at all and was promised a refund, issued an incorrect/false invoice document, had to reclaim funds via a credit card bank dispute.

Amazing customer service
I’ve been wanting to try the eyelash serum for a while. I finally purchased the other day but unfortunately my parcel was lost in the post. This was absolutely no fault of the companies at all but I was advised by the courier to contact the company. Upon doing this, the company went above and beyond to help me get a new parcel sent out and they couldn’t be more apologetic (even though it wasn’t their fault). Cathy in particular was very friendly and helpful and did everything she could to help. I am really impressed with the customer service and can’t wait to try the product 🩷 thank you GlowForIt and Cathy x

I do love glow for it! I finished chemotherapy in Feb and started taking again around March April . I used prior to my diagnosis and always got such compliments . Thank you for helping my confidence again . Emily

The eyelash serum not only didn't work…
The eyelash serum not only didn't work for me but also made my eyes very sore. I tried it for a few months, the only thing that changed was that my eyes became more painful.
The customer service was appalling. I made contact with them as I could not find out how to cancel my subscription on their website and asked them to cancel it for me.. I received a sassy reply, telling me to do it on the website.
I managed to cancel it the other day and then received this request to review their product, very bizarre.
To sum up, I do not recommend.
