This is the 4th product I’ve purchased from this company. They deliver fast and the quality is exceptional. Just ordered 2 of the hair dryers for gifts as I love mine so much! It’s fast and lightweight. Love how the attachments stay on magnetically rather than previous products that kept falling off when using. Good quality purchase.
I am senior & I feel it will help me to groom my hair
The website is easy to use. I cannot use the comb yet because it hasn't charged in 5 hours. I am purchasing the fast charger and hope it will charge so I can begin using it.

Terrible customer service
I got lured in to buying a heated styling brush following an ad on FaceBook. The brush arrived about four weeks later and I was, on the whole, pleased with it. However, after just over four months, it stopped turning on and came up with en error E02 when I pressed the button. I could not get past this as the display either showed "OFF" or "E02". I contacted GlowCept via their info @ glowcept.com email address - no reply. I then contacted them on their support @ glowcept.com email address. A week later they replied saying that the error was an overheating issue and I should let it cool down. I don't think so, as it wouldn't even turn on, so it never actually heated up, it just showed the error immediately. They eventually suggested that "as a goodwill gesture" they would send me a code so that I could get purchase another one. This made them sound very magnanimous, but why, when it is covered by a 12-month warranty, do I need a "goodwill gesture"? They should have just sent a replacement with a postage-paid label for the return of the faulty product. The code worked, but not for the full amount as it is more than likely linked to RMB currency and therefore fluctuates. The difference was about 85p, but why would I have to pay them anything at all to replace a faulty product? I have now sent them eight emails querying this - all of which have been ignored. My advice - there are identical heated brushes on Amazon for half the price and Amazon are so much better to deal with. Leave GlowCept well alone

But you haven't arranged a refund of the excess amount; instead you have offered me a credit note. This is really not good enough. You appear to think that you are doing me an enormous favour by offering me a replacement with free postage, when all you are doing is adhering to the terms of your 12-month warranty. My original device was faulty (showing only "OFF" or "E02"), which, given that it was only 5 months old, thus merits either a refund or a replacement. I feel that you have been disingenuous throughout this whole episode and that you only grudgingly sent me a replacement (and only after ten emails, at that). I think you need some serious education regarding the whole concept of Customer Service.

Got the air wrap air hairdryer on 16th December 2025 and it stopped working on 20th January 2026 It took me a few days to email company to give the opportunity for resolution. They replied saying that because the 30 day trial had expired there was nothing they can do. I will not pursue as there is no point but I would very much avoid this company, I am bitterly disappointed. Surely any company should expect a hairdryer to last more than 30 days.

Having received the heated brush , it is not what I was expecting , I have repeatedly requested an address to send it back , instead of replying to my request, I have been offered a replacement, money off some other product but no return address ... I'm disgusted with this time waisting effort to ignore my request to return the product .. All wrapped up in polite nonsense from Glowcept . Also to make matter's worse the same brush is £22 cheaper on Amazon .....I recommend you don't buy from these people incase you need to return your order!

Previous complaint
I am sick to death of Glowcept and their empty promises. On 27 November they advised that I wouldn't be £39 out of pocket for an order placed on 22 September and apparently lost by Evri. I have emailed them since but have had no response. This company's customer service is atrocious. A month on from their promise and I am still waiting for the refund for an order placed 22/9/25. Can Trustpilot help with this?

I ordered the item on 3/11/25. I received my order on 10/11/25z Unfortunately it did not meet my needs and I returned it to China on 18/11/25 at great expense . I have sent a proof of return to them . I received email today telling me they can not trace my return. I now think I will not see my refund and I will not recommend or purchase anything from this company again.

I wish I could give this company no stars - ordered a Glowcept heated brush but it was useless on my short hair. Returned it (to China, at great cost) on September 20, and two months later the tracking information still says pending - 'being assessed by the destination customs authority'. Endless emails have been responded to with no positive results - so I guess I've said goodbye to my money. Never again - DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I tried the new portable Glow Wave brush from @glowcept. My hair is thick and tends to be curly and frizzy especially when it's humid or after I wash it.
This brush is cordless, charges fast and heats up quickly. I was pleased with how much smoother my hair was after using the brush for a few minutes!
