Ordered a graphics card 31/12/21 and have not received it yet. Have tried multiple times to get in touch to no avail. As you can see by the date of the review it has about a year and a half. Terrible customer service to say the least.

Had to chase them to dispatch my order, but once contacted they dispatched promtly and refunded postage cost, customer service is good but dispatching of orders is very slow, may not have dispatched at all if I hadnt chased them.

Great job. Delivered on the next day after processing.

Shipping was delayed, but a quick email to support and they got it shipped the next day. All good with the items ordered

I have ordered an EVGA RTX 3060 from this company on the 17th - it was promised to be next day delivery which is all misleading, I first waited 5-7 days for it to arrive - not adjusting to the fact that they haven't tracked my parcel from the beginning at all, the whole step-by-step history transaction was stuck at processing, and have given ZERO information about what happened to the parcel, or where it's ended up. I have then decided to get in touch by mail, which have all been ignored, said to be "identified as spam" and have not heard back from them at all, to which I them decided to contact them on WhatsApp. This on return was a good outcome, and was told that the parcel usually is immediately tracked, but not in my case - then I was told the parcel would arrive on Friday on the 29th, which is 11 days past what I was expected for it to arrive. I still have not received any other information about when it'll arrive, and no courier notification to be weary of its delivery - I have not received it from any other company like this // Writing this now my message has been reviewed on WhatsApp, the customer team is supportive, and issued a special delivery for the replacement product, I recommend anyone who is ordering who has 2nd doubts to contact the WhatsApp customer support. However I wish to be notified beforehand about the parcel being not tracked within the shipment to avoid any obstacles.
EDIT: The order came in right after it has been re-ordered by the company, the packaging quality looks great, the box is in great condition, and the product is clean, happy with the product, and to anyone feeling doubts about the order - contact customer service about the order, the sooner the better

Rubbish company no contact they don't pick up phone . Waiting for my graphic card two weeks send few messages and no answer. Awoid

Bought very expensive Lian Li fans (don't tell the missus) and Lian Li Galahad 360. Both arrived very quickly and well packaged.

Quick, easy, trustworthy.

Parts were dispatched and delivered swiftly, good value and worked perfectly.

Staff were incredible to deal with, answering my questions and being so polite to communicate with.
The PC I had built is super quiet and looks amazing, both in person and specs for the build too.
Absolutely recommend the staff here to build your PC or supply the parts. Definitely will use them in the future for any upgrades I choose to make.

The computer case was a brilliant price and delivery was fast.

I was a bit apprehensive to use them for the first time as it seemed too good to be true - I managed to get 2 unused sticks of RAM to match the timings on my old kit (and the look too!). The manufacturer seems to have moved on from DDR4 and stopped making this kit, so almost nobody else had it. And the price was great on top of that.

Got my order on time and everything is perfect, well-packaged, the memory sticks work, their specs are as advertised.

Haven't had to deal with customer service yet.

Will be returning.

I ordered a GPU on the Bank Holiday and they called me the day after to inform me that they had run out of stock. The told me they would send me an equivalent one and then emailed to say that was out of stock and would upgrade me….
Their service and communication is the best I have come across so far and will definitely be dealing with them again..👍🏻

Ordered RAM from them and the delivery was very fast. The RAM also works nicely, so I recommend them.
