Ordered some packs of fish food which were not delivered after one month. Now I see that the website is offline.

Chargeback claimed from my credit card company. Fingers crossed.

Contacted to chase up order and was told it should have been dispatched by then and they would look into it for me. As I needed the item I asked that it be cancelled if not already dispatched as I would need to purchase from local store the following day. 2 weeks have passed with no contact from them (despite my daily emails) no item received or refund given. Avoid!

Wish I had seen the reviews before I placed an order - 16/03/22 and no delivery to 6/04/22 second time of chasing advised cancelling my order 6/4/22 as the goods did not show on 'delivery with our suppliers' and out of their hands - so doesn't appear dealing with direct purchase (although were still showing on their website available to order last week but strangely price has increased). on 28/03/22 when I enquired of status I was told they had chased despatch - but not alerted then that the goods weren't in stock/available. Poor company and wouldn't recommend.

Cannot recommend this company. I ordered twice and both times had to chase for delivery. Contacted Shannon who apologised and said she would chase up my dispatch but am still waiting nearly a month later. Don’t order!

Disgraceful customer service, never received my order and no refund after a month???

What can I say about this company, that has already proceeded this review, Avoid this company at all costs, no customer service, shortfall in delivery, do not refund, this company must be quite proud of their One Star on trustpilot, their other company is Advance Pets, clearly Gloucester Pets do not how to retain customers. Been chasing them for a refund for shortfall of delivery since February 2022 Please avoid this company.

Avoid at all costs. Very poor customer relations. Shannon from there emailed to confirm a delivery date after I had raised concerns. I replied to her saying I needed the delivery for visitors arriving that weekend (5 days after payment). No delivery was made on time. I emailed Shannon again expressing my extreme disappointment and to cancel my order and have a full refund. Alas, as expected, no response, no refund and 2 bags of dog food arrived eventually, some 4 days after my visitors left and more than 10 days from company receiving payment. I really wished I had read the reviews first. Very unprofessional company and I will never use again.

My review is much the same as the others left. Ordered over 3 weeks ago, after chasing it up was told items were out of stock. Now I'm chasing up a refund that they say is processed but with my tracking it still says order processing. I'm going to put a charge back on my card. Lesson learned, do a check review on the company before ordering.

Scam company. Only received one item, the other items was told they were out of stock after repeatedly ignoring my emails. Have not received a refund, am still awaiting them to get back to me after asking for weeks.

Agree with everyone else advising NOT TO ORDER from this company. Totally unprofessional and untrustworthy. Ordered 3 items, only 2 arrived, and never received a refund for the missing item. Was told the item was not available though it's still listed as being available to purchase on their website (JW Hol-Ee Bottle Dog Toy). Shop won't answer emails and I eventually went via my bank to get the money refunded. Really disappointed to have dealt with this shop at all and wish I hadn't bought anything from them. Will never use again.

Avoid at all costs. They have no customer survice. Their voice mail is perminently full, and you get no reply via email. They ACTUALLY despatched my order, but courier left it in wrong place and it was stolen. Now can't get hold of them. AVOID! Advancepets say all items are insured in their FQA's. Have requested replacement or refund, but after reading other reviews, I am not holding out much hope.

After placing my order and then reading the reviews, I was slightly concerned. However, the goods arrived extremely quickly, well packaged and just as advertised. So my experience was an extremely positive one and in my opinion can highly recommend them.

Like many others, this company took my money and failed to deliver. Fortunately as I used Clearpay, I was able to report them to Clearpay as a scam seller, prove attempts to reach out to them with my emails, and have now successfully gotten a refund. They also trade under AdvancedPets, and both sites belong to a man called Aaron Price.

Avoid like the plague it's a scam take your money & receive no goods.

Avoid at all costs!! I placed an order 9 days ago and am still to receive it, my order still shows as processing, I have tried to cancel the order as it is dog food that I have had to order elsewhere but they are now ignoring my emails. Shocking service!!

I wish I could give this 0 stars! They are a fraud / scam website set up as a ‘pet shop’ based in Gloucester! They took my money for a order on 7th Feb 2022 and now on the 18th March 2022 never received anything they first sent a email after me sending numerous emails trying to chase up my order, they told me it was with a dispatch team then weeks later I still never received anything, then I told them I’m referring it to a fraud investigation and they told me they’ve processed the refund and they are looking into their finance team to locate it still not received a refund so I contacted my bank, I advise everyone to NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! As I don’t want it to happen again to anyone else and anyone who’s ordered from here please contact your bank!

Placed an order then read reviews must admit I was concerned but received email telling me order had been dispatched it arrived on time and contained all items so all good

I ordered £80 worth of dog food two weeks ago and despite promises of sorting the order or a refund they have now shown my order completed and aren’t responding. No food and £80 out of pocket. These people are crooks. Plain and simple. Avoid unless you want to lose your money.

Hi I recently ordered from this site and my order came today I only received 3 items and they weren’t even the right size and my other eight items never came I’ve tried to get in touch with them with no avail my purchase order was £88 and you can’t get hold of them as their phone number and email address are all fake I would avoid this store by all cost
