A scam. Paid for food for my 18 yr old rescue. Never arrived. Not able to contact them. They claim to be a pet shop but rang a few bona fide businesses in the area and it's residential, no shops. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS

I purchased an item, it was never sent. I managed to get my card company to refund the money (even though under £100) they performed a chargeback.
I exchanged many emails and phone calls but it’s all lies. I shall in future just use the big boys. Sad that a company like this makes me hesitant to use smaller businesses.

I have been ripped off by this company. I bought two harnesses one for puppy one for adult dog. Delivery took ages, website said dispatched when wasn’t. Had to chase up the company. When arrived goods fine, but Puppy harness almost too small so arranged return. Had to email to get details of where to return to. Only gave 14 days. Paid over £4 to return it, 7 weeks later, still no refund and I noticed now no website. I have emailed with no reply. Not sure what to do. People can’t afford to be ripped off like this.

Sent me a much cheaper, smaller package of the product I ordered, then proceeded to ignore my emails, phone calls and service ticket. Difficult to avoid the conclusion that these people are scam artists.

Goods never received. Customer services never respond and can't get a refund

If I could give no stars I would. Took my money, told me item was shipped, then asked for a review, it's a month since this happened.
I emailed, rang no answer to the numerous emails or calls. Now a message comes up to say the shop is updating and be back soon.
Two weeks later still updating. I'm sure like me no one can afford to lose nearly 40 pounds. Disgusting company do not buy from them 😡

CHEATS!!!! A complete scam. Email address inaccessible, same with phone
number. £22 down the drain.

Dog food takes ages to arrive. Was blown when arrived (air inside) so many trays of it gone off as had been bashed about in transit. The compnay are terrible. Don't refund, don't sort anything out.

Advanced pets have terrible customer service. Goods never arrived. Can't get a response from them. Can't get a refund.
DONT buy anything from these scammers

Actually ny rating is ZERO STARS orderd and paid gor anbutem June 22, spent £30 nothing arrived, emailed had a reply to the first email explaining and apologising for the delay. Then nothing arrived 2 months later and another 2 emails sent!! Shocking! Robbing B'ds!!!

Bought via Advanced Pets another of their Companies apparently. I should have read reviews too. Complete scammers. I've spoken to my bank but don't hold much hope. I spent just under £12 but it's pure and simple theft. I've tried everything to speak and contact them via every means to no avail. Thought I'd support UK Company. Wish hadn't bothered.

DO NOT use this company. Money taken,goods not received. Emails not replied to. Reported to PayPal and trading standards. Should be shut down. Taking people's money and not sending goods.

The service is so so poor we never received our goods they just took my money and never got back to me

I ordered some Stain Remover from Advance Pets at the end of June but after reading an article in the Mail on Sunday ( dated 7th August ) I am confident that I will never receive it. The excuse for non delivery of goods given by the owner Aaron Price was that he was a victim of his own success and as a result had not been able to keep up with the orders. He also said he was giving free monthly dog and cat medication to low income families around Gloucester. That's very commendable but who is financing this, all the people who are paying for goods they never receive? I am lucky that I only spent £10.30 but I appreciate that there are other people have lost far more. This is definitely a " Charitable " Company to steer clear of.

Zero star if it was an option. Like everyone else, I'm having the same issues. I wish I had read the reviews before hand. I'm waiting for a response today then I will be contacting trading standards also. Appalling

IF I COULD GIVE MINUS STARS I WOULD. CANNOT DISCOURAGE YOU FROM SHOPPING HERE ENOUGH. THEY NEVER REPLY TO MESSAGES, OHONE CALLS, EMAILS. HALF THE ORDER FINALLY TURNED up, HALF MISSING AND THE BIT THAT DID COME IS WRONG! SO SO SO SOOO ANGRY. PLEASE PLEASE AvOID THIS SHOP!!!!!

I also would have picked zero if i could have. This company is not worthy of one point. Shocking, took my payment of £48.99 on 4th July and after lots of promises. Nada. Have reported them to trading standards and I would suggest everyone else does too.

Same story convincing website offering decent discounts when cash is tight but once you have paid no response by email or phone no delivery TOTAL SCAM over 90% terrible one star reviews really ??anyone giving them an excellent score is related to em
If you are canny enough to have checked the reviews before you ordered from this shower then you’ll have gone elsewhere and avoided being scammed

If I could rate 0 I would. After radio silence for a period of time after placing my order and chasing them some items arrived. I say some, as they were not what I ordered. I contacted Advanced Pets to receive auto responses and nothing more. I raised a dispute through PayPal and other than receiving a response to say my order had been sent and to call them if still had issues, I’ve had no meaningful exchange with them. I tried to call and the phone lines are only open between 1.30 and 3.00 and despite calling during these times no one answers. Next stop is raising a claim through PayPal. But please do not order anything from these people at best you will get something you didn’t order at worse nothing (as per other reviews).
