Happy in Russia
Okay so I purchased a global eSIM to enter thé Russian federation aa we are driving across Russia/ Mongolia and Kazakhstan. So navigation ànd translation services vital
Life support . It takes 24 hours for àn eSIM to go active in Russia ànd by then we were on the road ! I contacted globaleSIM , whilst borrowing some WiFi ànd in à matter of minutes their tech team (John Roel) got me all up ànd running ! Fantastic ! I’ve been using Globalesim for a year or two now with no problems but recently I tried to top-up my plan but it didn’t go through so I tried again but still no results, so I contacted the Customer Support through the message bubble on the site where Mark helped me out by getting my first top-up to work and getting the second one turned into a voucher I can use whenever I need an esim again within the next four years.

Was having really bad experience, and was almost going to do a chargeback as not matter what settings I adjusted, I couldn’t get my eSIM to connect.
