I am writing this review to warn others about my extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience with BDSwiss.

It has been over 1.5 years, and my funds — a massive $198,075.65 USD — are STILL being held with no proper resolution. This is beyond delay… this feels like complete negligence and a total disregard for clients.

I have submitted all required documents multiple times, followed every procedure, sent countless emails, and still I keep getting the same useless responses or no response at all. How long does “verification” or “review” actually take? 1.5 years?? This is absolutely ridiculous.

This kind of behavior destroys trust and raises serious concerns about how this company operates. Holding such a large amount of money for this long is not just unprofessional — it’s unacceptable and deeply concerning.

It also raises serious questions about the role of the regulator, Financial Services Authority Seychelles. If a broker can hold client funds for this long without accountability, then what is the purpose of regulation? It honestly feels like there is no real protection for traders, and that the system is failing completely.

At this point, it feels like my money is being deliberately blocked without any valid justification. No transparency, no accountability, no urgency.

I strongly advise everyone: think twice before trusting this platform with your funds.
What I have experienced is beyond disappointing — it’s mentally exhausting and financially stressful.

I demand immediate action and release of my funds.

Mom always told me, don’t trade with offshore brokers that don't have EU licenses… I can’t say bdswiss is a scam, but too many things were either missing or didn’t work properly. Even what was supposed to be an easy peasy process: account opening, was full of complications. No other platforms, only metatrader4, whoever still uses it.
Idk I gave them enough chances to prove me wrong…

I'm seeing positive reviews all of a sudden it's all hoax haven't received my withdrawal from September last year and live chat has been down for months now bad review still

i have had this kind of situation more once with different exchanges platforms Take a look at my profile image for extra information. At the start, they appear extremely kind and hopeful, but once you try to take out your funds, the situation shifts. I was stuck in their platform for multiple weeks before contacting the firm’s agent on X (previously known as Twitter). The representative’s handle is shown in my profile picture. Regrettably, I can’t disclose their identity here, as my message might get removed

I have been waiting for my payouts since October. They always put you off. You have the feeling that you are being put on the back burner and that you are not really being taken seriously as a customer. There is no indication of when payouts will be possible again. No concessions! I am really disappointed and angry. Patience is at an end. The only thing that can be done is to get a lawyer involved and we all work together

BDSwissGlobal has been a major disappointment. Since July 2024, my withdrawals, which exceed $7,390.13 in account #1738808, have been on hold. What’s even more concerning is that, as a PAMM account manager, many clients who entrusted their funds to me have been unable to withdraw their profits for months. This complete lack of response and transparency from BDSwissGlobal is unacceptable.

Dear humans.
It’s a complete scam guys please do not invest your money with BDSWISS , better to go with legit broker like 4xc , Exness or others.
BDSWISS is not giving me withdaral for last 1 month and every we request a withdrawal they reject it and also on live chat they said we will try to proceed your withdrawal but in real they are not giving withdrawals to anyone.

I requested a withdrawal and they are not willing to execute. They had an excuse of have special issues which they dont know!!!!

My account with the broker: 50246020, I sent a request for withdrawal on 13.08.2024, the Broker does not process the withdrawal, After I started writing complaints to the regulator, the Broker withdrew part of my funds, But only after the complaint, And they punished the rest of the withdrawal!
BDSwiss - You are scammers! You withdrew only part of the funds when I sent a complaint to the regulator! You stole part of my funds! You did not return the entire withdrawal amount to me!

I encountered a confusing situation, whereupon requesting a profit withdrawal, my entire equity was inexplicably deleted from my MT4 account, promptly followed by the termination of my account. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue with BD Swiss, the resolution has proven elusive.

I have a problem with the wrong deposit. Deposit declined So I contacted Thai Support. Thank you Okey Account Manager Thailand for taking care of following up on the issue. I'm very impressed.

I have pending commission of 12000$…
I have pending commission of 12000$ plus, initially account manager giving excuses that this and that reason we are unable to pay you commission , then crypto exchange issue, then apply on certain dates. I have sent many emails to support, compliance but no answer ,except reply from support that they have forwarded my email to related department. They are writing and boosting that they are paying a lot to partner, I have clear case, many clients were sent clear trading history but they just dont want pay commision. Attaching few screen shots of conversation and I have all proof of emails and communication.
