tried to get my small withdrawal from them for months and they just kept giving me the run around. i ended up just taking the loss with the money i was trying to withdraw and went else where. would not reccomend

Satisfactory platform. Happy to use it. Overall satisfied.

New webtrader is well designed, fast on mobile, smooth charting. My only complaint is no dark mode - add that and it's 5 stars.

Tried 3 other brokers after leaving Hugo’s way - slow withdrawals, clunky platforms, terrible support. Just come back, deposited with USDC, withdraw in about 7 minutes. Kicking myself.

It feels a bit outdate, tho

Firstly, they shoudl work on their support feedback quality. I waited 2 days for my request to get processed.That's ridiculuous.
What's more, they didn't provide clear explanations of their delay after. Then I had a problem with getting my money - had to wait much time too. I'm now in big doubts.The only good thing was demo, good environment for learning

Well, fine spreahds, but support is so sluggish, alwaysa get replies with delays, that is very annoying to m....

Decent broker, platform works okay. Not blown away but not disappointed. Will keep trading and see.

First deposit was BTC, took nearly an hour. Switched to USDT and it was done in 2 mins. They should probably tell people upfront that stablecoins are way faster.

Platform is solid and the new deposit options are good but I wish they had more exotic pairs. If you trade majors and gold you'll be fine.

no app download, just open the browser and trade. works on my iphone perfectly and I can see chart, positions and trade panel all at once without switching tabs.

It's okay, still figuring things out Reactivated my account after a while away. New platform looks nice but I'm still learning where everything is. Deposit with ETH was fast enough, I'll give them that.

tried on demo, these conditions are not good.
support not quick for start, and payment only btc card and wire its not good. all are very long and expensive for gas fee btc.
leverage high but trading costs high for cryptos

They thought offering 1 account would make things simpler but in my experience, this concept proved as not efficient and tends to complicated things rather simlifing them

Hadn’t traded with Hugos way in over a year, came back and there’s a whole new platform now. Deposited with usdt and it was quick. Still getting used to the layout but so far so good.

I gave it a try but it didn't click for me. This is a very basic broker. only one account for all, no matter your trading strategy or style. This i think is not a good concept especially when there are so many other platforms that give more flexibility

They are thieves they left with 6.7 millions
My boyfriend opened an account with them made 6.7 million and they closed his account and left with all the money he made.

Sir, he sent MULTIPLE messages to your support with full account details and you still closed his account and kept the 6.7M he made. There was no clear explanation, no proof of any violation of your terms, and no solution offered. Until this is resolved and his funds are returned, I stand by my review and believe people should be very cautious before depositing money with you.

couple of things make it look very shady. for example, withdrawals by btc and deposits. the netwrok fee is gonna be too much. whats more is $50 min deposit requirement, seems a bit high to me idk/

while i like the offerings overall, and platform is nice
but still have doubts and not sold on the whole legitimacy
