Had some manufacturing issues not global's fault with conservatory frames and panels and also a few sashes but global sorted the problems without any trouble at all.
All in all pleased with the finished job.

Global’s price and service
Global’s price and service were excellent. They arrived at the agreed time, promptly, fitted the windows quickly and even fixed a broken handle for me FOC. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!!

Top quality product at competitive price by a loc.
Installation carried out professionally by experienced and friendly fitters, leaving the house clean and tidy on completion.
A couple of small issues were sorted out with no hassle and in a timely manner with excellent customer service.
Would I recommend this company ? Absoloutly 100%

Ive just had my external doors, bay window and five additional windows replaced by Global. The service provided was excellent from start to finish and has made a huge improvement to my home.
This is a very well run business with all members of the team being helpful and courteous throughout.
A special mention to the superb fitters Andy and Sean who worked tirelessly throughout, with the arduous task of removing old sash windows, including the front bay, not an easy task!
I would highly recommend using Global and a big thank you to all.

Global Windows - A 5 Star Experience!
I approach Global Windows in early January 2025 to change my existing conservatory that wasn't used much into a liveable extended part of my house.
My experience with Global windows has been positive throughout the whole journey. The initial contact was timely and considerate and the first assessment visit from the specialist Paul was professional and polite. All my requirements were considered and taken away. Within a day I had a quote that was very reasonably priced and had a full clear breakdown of what was included in the work package so you could see all the individual elements itemised.
I was assigned a project manager Joe who has been amazing throughout, effectively planning the daily tasks and arranging for the correct expert trades people to carry out the work. All of which were polite, professional and considerate to me the customer. Global also removed all their own waste/debris themselves so I didn't have to do it myself.
At the end of the construction Joe went through a 'snag list' to address anything that may not have been addressed according to requirements and provide the added quality required. So much care and pride in their work has been evidenced.
In summary, I wouldn't hesitate to use Global Windows and I certainly will be for anything I need doing in their field of work. They work timely, effectively and provide the care and quality you want to see all in an affordable package. No negatives to report.

We were pleased with the reliability of the firm. Phone calls were answered and appointments kept to time. The fitters were pleasant.The work was done with minimum fuss. The fitters cleared up after themselves and last but not least we like the windows and smart door.I

Quickly responded our problem
During the recent thaw we had some water enter our extension through the skylight. I emailed Global as they built the extension in 2019. Within an hour I had a call back and a visit arranged within 48 hours, which has today involved an inspection of the installation and now an engineer is to visit and check and reseal where appropriate. Very good. Our initial experiences with Global were all positive and I still recommend them.

Windows Fitted
Had Global Windows fit us some new windows and can’t fault them. Second time we have used them. Clean and tidy installation. Plus the fitter even adjusted the front and back door as they weren’t closing tight enough without being prompted. I’d not even realised it needed doing. They couldn’t come on the day they were supposed to due to the weather but came straight away on the day after. They looked after their staff and didn’t make them come to work in the snowy conditions which impressed me as well. Would definitely recommend.

Researching and buying new windows is stressful. Global was our favorite product, the quote surprisingly was the cheapest. Joe the project manager was in constant contact checking the work of his polite experianced team, Brad, Craig, Jordan, Logan, Ash, Sam and Craig the plasterer. As a woman at home alone during fitting, the Global workforce were respectful, polite, and very courteous. The windows and doors look fantastic and are really sturdy. I have no hesitation on recommending Global Windows. Thank you so much 10/10.

Just want to say what excellent service we have had this week. Our key was stuck in our front door and couldn’t lock it. At 4 15 we called Global and half an hour later someone turned up and put us a new lock in.
