Anniversary Gift
My wife and I visited Ireland a few years back and at that time she bought a cheaper ring that has since lost its luster. Do not buy from here
I ordered a Claddagh ring costing £757.33. Never again! The ring looked cheap, was extremely overpriced and was NOT HALLMARKED.
The ring arrived by Royal Mail and was found on my door step.
Trying to get in contact with an actual person is next to impossible.
Was told by text that I could return and get a refund in 2-3 weeks on them receiving the item!!! Or get a 10 precent discount.

I didn’t take the offer of a replacement ring, get a 10 percent discount or to have the ring altered. I also didn’t take the offer of £100 off my next purchase. As I said I will not be buying anything from this company again and will go to trusted jewellers in future.
Yes your agents became very attentive after I mention legal issues.
You’re right my apologies , during a live chat your agent wrote 1-2 weeks for a refund without tracking. However your tracking involves leaving the ring on the front door step without a signature.

All of our rings are fully hallmarked in accordance with regulations. What you’ve described is certainly not typical of our products and appears to have been an isolated error, which we take very seriously.
As soon as this was brought to our attention, we offered to have a replacement sent to you and a ring custom made to your exact specifications, both of which were declined.
Regarding the difficulty you mentioned you experienced when trying to get in touch, we can see an email was responded to within 34 minutes and then one of our agents called you within the hour. You were also responded to straight away on live chat.
Having read through this chat, we can see that you were not advised that the refund would take 2-3 weeks.
I can see this has been resolved now and a full refund will be issued as soon as return tracking is received.
We are committed to providing both high-quality jewellery and responsive customer service, and we appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention so we can continue to improve.

Customer service slow to respond, order took weeks to arrive and on their website the picture showing the Trinity Celtic Cross necklace is very deceiving it looks huge when it arrived it was tiny not worth the £51.00 I paid a con.
