So far everything went smoothly and I like what I got. The reason for the 4 stars is because when I receive the item a small piece was broken off. I used super glue and somewhat for it.

Ordered one of the Dream Box Alucard figures and it showed up in perfect condition, and communication was great. Super excited to grab the matching Anderson through them soon!

Never received the figure I ordered and wasn't not refunded. Lost over $200. Do not recommend buying from here.

I placed my order and they accepted my payment without issue. Through no fault of their own, the studio canceled production. The problem lies with trying to get the refund which is promised on their site if there are production issues. They went from being very responsive to completely ignoring my emails. This was in response to their email to me stating that I could either have a refund or apply the spent amount on another figure. Their response changed from a couple days to reply to now being two weeks with nothing.

Update: Just a couple days after placing this review, they finally refunded my money. It should not take this much time for a company to fulfill their responsibilities. They should have also been the ones to contact me once the figure was canceled, but I have doubts whether they would have done so. I will be kind and upgrade from one to two stars.

I've been ordering from GK Figure Worldwide for a couple years now, and I've received all of the items I've ordered. I pay attention to the release date, and understand if I pre-order something it can be a long wait *because of the fabrication process*. If you order from them pay attention to the release date window and don't expect it sooner than that, though I've gotten something I've ordered sooner several times now.

They are attentive and responsive, I've rarely had to wait longer than half a day, and never more than a day for a response to an email. I've had something nearly destroyed in shipping, but luckily the statue itself wasn't damaged and GKFigureWorldwide responded and followed up to make sure I was satisfied.

Basically, feel safe ordering from here. Just pay attention to what the site says about the release date and shoot them an email if you have a question.

This is my first time ordering with GK Worldwide so I was kinda hesitant. It took several months of waiting for the figure but when it arrived, I was beyond impressed! It was well crafted, details are amazing, and it looked exactly what they advertised. Assembling it was easy, snaps easy with magnets, and looks truly amazing. The extra accessories are great. The only flaw I could say is that when I was setting up the chest harness, it was kinda stiff and it snapped. It's not really visible since it's in the back, I don't mind it as much but the fact still remains it broke. It should have been made from silicone or some softer material. Because of that I took off a star. Besides that, overall an excellent buying experience.

I’ve not received an order i placed over a year ago and when I emailed about it they’ve completely ignored me. I’ve never used this site but have been told it’s trustworthy, i will never recommend to anyone i know who collects figures. Terrible service.

I have ordered 3 figures in different sizes, and all of them was packaged super well. In total from ordering to shipping it was around 3 month. But all figures are such good quality so I dont mind the longer shipping time. I will order from them more in the future! 😍

Did my first order. Of course shipping takes a while and you need to watch out if the item is in stock or if its a preorder. Waited about 2 months for my in stock order to arrive and the figures are absolutely beautiful. Tracking link is provided via email, page is in Chinese but that is manageable.

After my order I even got an email from them, asking if I had received everything - got a quick response to my answer as well! Will be buying more figures in the future!

I purchased two resin statues from them. The statues are authentic from studios! Very nice people when they noticed there were different versions of when I would like to buy, they sourced right statues for me. You may need more patience because the production and logistics take time. I was nervous about the long wait but eventually I received my orders! I definitely recommend this shop! Hope you guys enjoy your shopping experience.

They refunded my lost order in a quick manner, and had very good reply times showing they care about there customers no matter the duration of the order.

Very satisfied with my experience and purchase. This company was easy to communicate with. For example, I had picked “air delivery” but after reading how I’d have to deal with US customs I messaged them about switching my order to overseas shipping, and they did.

Where to start. I bought an akame statue through this company on 10/25/2024. The statue had an ETA Q3 2024. I messaged the company on 1/13/25 regarding the statues status , they messaged back and said they have not heard from the company and they will message me when they do. 3/7/25 I wrote to them again because I never got an update , they replied and gave me the same reply. At this point I’m already mad because I wanted the statue for my fiancés birthday that month. I gave them another chance and wrote to them on 4/8/25 , 4/13/25 and 4/17/25 with no reply. There is no excuse as to why they have such bad customer service , at this point on 4/13/25 I told them to cancel my order and send my money back. Which they refuse to reply. Buy from other websites and do your research before buying from here.

Update: I filed a case with PayPal and they ruled to my favor. Lesson here people , always pay with PayPal!!!

In the end I got my preorder but it took a veeery long time and no updates were communicated the whole time.

Extremely disappointed with this store. Purchased two figures ($40 and $600) only to discover outrageous shipping costs AFTER payment - $40 shipping for the $40 figure (DOUBLE THE PRICE WTF) and $100 for the $600 one. The worst part? You can't cancel once you discover these hidden fees. You're forced to either pay the excessive shipping ($140 total) or lose your entire purchase ($640). No transparent shipping information before buying, and no way to get a refund. Total cost jumped from $640 to $780!

Save yourself the trouble and avoid this store. Their business practices are not transparent from the beginning.
