Suggest to improve the bot emails

I appreciate I received my refund and it was quite OK. No issues there, however I believe the amount you guys take is quite high From 250 euros I only received 162.5 which I believe is quite high.
Also some of the email communication sent to me seemed a bit odd (maybe a sent by a bot) which made me feel sometimes insecure whether you were legit or a scam.

I have more than 2 months since i made a flight claim delay and the GIVT provides a lot of postpone period for an answer.

Always the EU regulation says there are 30 days for answer they said 30-60 days. Anyway, more than 60 days passed and nothing happened - no answer, no litigation ongoing.

I would not recommand this company at all. Plus there are companies with a lower success fee percentage.

Amazing care!

In August my wife had a delay flight. A little bit more than 4h. Someone told me about this company and I thought why not to try? I've just sent scan of ticket and filled out the form, couple minutes no more. And didn't expected nothing special. Every couple week I was getting info what is going on. And finally in November I got money! 250euro minus 29%provision what is in my opinion really fair. I did nothing apart spend couple minutes on the phone and They do everything! Additionally I got a offer for little money have every next problem for year solved for free. If someone fly a lot is amazing. I can say just one thing. Thank you very very much.

WORST SERVICE EVER

They are rude, they have the worst service possible and I have been waiting for my money for almost 5 months when they promise 30 days.

I had a delayed flight from Brussels to Barcelona (6 hours) so I signed the contract with GIVT. Long-time has passed and the only answer they give is that they contacted the airline but they are not following the procedures. Besides this, they have been very rude and unpolite, asking me to pay them to be able to cancel the contract.

If I could I would give them less than one star. Is not only about the money, but it is also about their bad business practice, the VERY BAD customer service as well as fake marketing where they say that they have experience as well as a team of lawyers that know how to manage this type of situation. It is not true.

This is the worst company for getting your money back from an airline they have no clue what they are doing.
