Bad review on the order from the merchandise
Hi
I was impressed about the styles and the designs they put over their website, however I felt the images not real, it looks like AI generated to show prediction of the tailoring and stitches.
I have e-mailed the support people their on the e-mail provided, luckily, I got a respond from someone there, I have told them that I will place a trail order of 2 times after I carefully made the correct measurements to see whether it worth to buy and make further orders in the future, I have paid and when I order comes I have been shocked from the tailoring finishes, materials and the most important is incorrect measurements.
then I e-mailed to ask to fully refund, they said the return will be under my liability to put shipping cost, however I have asked for the partial refund, they said they will, but they didn't refund.

The product buyed looks anything like the photo you see when you buy it. The worst quality I've seen in my life! It's worth less than a dust rag!

I ordered a jacket on 11/17/25 and…
I ordered a jacket on 11/17/25 and needed it by 12/3/25 for an event. The website did not indicate this would ship from overseas and did not provide shipping options to expedite delivery. The jacket arrived late and was a bright red velvet and not the burgundy as shown on their website. So in addition to receiving the incorrect item AFTER I needed it, their customer service was painful. They attempted to "haggle" by offering a reduced amount for use as store credit. I needed SEVEN emails to secure my full refund (less the original shipping). This was not a good experience and I will not purchase from them again.
