I ordered a gin just before they closed their doors and they took my payment but never delivered the gin.
Had used them before and all was fine.
This time however I can see why they have closed their doors if they are taking money and not delivering

Absolute con artists! Take your money, don’t deliver goods and ignore messages!!!! Avoid at all costs

Absolutely awful service, I ordered my product for my sisters 50th in plenty of time three weeks ago, I have emailed, the phone number is dead and the website is now down!!! I am so upset, why take your money £60 if your not going to deliver. I can't afford to lose £60. And to have no communication is disgusting.

Disgusting service. Item ordered on 3rd July and still no delivery and no communication whatsoever from this company! Absolute bunch of scammers! I wouldn’t of have a star if didn’t need too! This so called company don’t deserve any stars! Taking peoples money and scamming them! Shame on you!

Our parcel was significantly delayed. We received no communication from the company. We rang, emailed and left messages and no one ever got back to us. To avoid disappointment, do not order from here if you need it to arrive for a special occasion.

Great little gift…. But took far to long to be dispatched!

Absolutely awful. Still not received item. It’s been over 2 weeks now! No response from company. Absolutely disgusting! Opened a dispute on Clearpay which they also aren’t replying to!! What a scamming company! Don’t order! I would give 0 stars if I could.

Don’t order from here! I’ve emailed numerous times about my order and I still have not got a reply! I’ve now had to buy an alternative gift as this has not arrived! I’ve sent another email demanding a refund!

After 2 weeks (having placed my order over 3 weeks ago) of them not getting back to me. Today my order is cancelled out of the blue no email to explain why just a cancellation notice mean while you put a notice on your Facebook page saying how you have had delayed order but your back up to date is that because you have cancelled all of the orders. Shocking customer service not even a email to say why u have cancelled and no contact while I chased my order. I have placed multiple orders in the past but u have lost me as a customer

Didn't receive product at all. Customer service isn't great either. I messaged and emailed but got no response. I got a response under a comment on one of their posts on Facebook advising they would call me but they never did. When I commented again saying no call was received, they turned the comments off on that post. I posted under another and they deleted my comments. Not a very professional way to run a business!

ordered almost two weeks ago, no confirmation email or update at all, I've ordered from here before with no issues but this time its horrific service, emailed and rung loads but no reply at all cant get an update on my order and they are just not replying!!!!

I have ordered before with no issues and always been really pleased however this time I placed my order over 2 weeks ago I have emailed to chase but with no answer sent a message on Facebook no answer I don’t know what else to do at the point I regularly spend over £70 each time and am so disappointed it would not bother me if there email back and said sorry for the delay it take a extra couple of weeks it the not answering that is bothering me

My order took 2 weeks to come. I only had confirmation email. I had to email & phone to check on progress. This is not normal as have ordered several times before & received orders within a week. Hopefully this was a one of & not the norm now.

Gin was a good price but took longer to arrive than expected (10 days for standard delivery) it said 3-4 on the website until I had an order confirmation stating it would be longer than that.

Excellent product would highly recommend 🤍

Quick delivery, item as described

Really happy with the Rum set I ordered for my husband’s 50th Birthday present from our children. Very well presented and can’t wait for him to open it. Delivery was just after 7 days and had a quick response when I emailed to ask when it would be delivered.

Couldn’t fault it came before it said and was spot on what I ordered

Definitely 5 ☆ was delivered within 4 days of ordering 😃
