I received excellent customer service when I had to put my deliveries on hold with the possibility of canceling all together. They were very understanding . When I was able to continue with my deliveries they executed my order the same day.

My experience with Gimme had a few bumps along the way, but in the end, they made things right.

I did have an issue with one of my orders, but once it was brought to their attention, the support team took ownership of the situation and worked to resolve it.

I especially want to thank Paula, Maria, and Andrea for their professionalism, communication, and persistence throughout the process. Andrea, in particular, stayed with my case and kept me informed until everything was resolved.

No company is perfect, but what matters is how they respond when something goes wrong. I appreciate that Gimme stood behind their service and made sure the issue was taken care of.

The only reason this isn't a full five stars is because the issue occurred in the first place. If Trustpilot allowed half-star ratings, I'd gladly leave 4.5 stars.

I was on game Care for four months. I only stayed with this company that long because it’s only $200 a month very cheap. I am on the max dose of. Tirzepatide at 15mg a week and I have been consistently losing weight until I decided to try this company for months now and I have put on 15 pounds. The medication does nothing. I am 100% positive that this company is a scam and all they did would take my money. Furthermore, I had the last shipment of my medication actually tested, which is supposed to be 15 mg per mill later but it came back as being only about 6 mg/mL. I won’t see the pharmacy name but just so you know if you go to give Care your medication maybe wait under be careful.

Received 2 orders, both times product was extremely hot due to the outdoor heat (95+ degrees here). It came in a styrofoam cooler with icepacks that had melted and were very hot, so basically a foam oven. Researching, i've read that high temperatures are extremely bad for this product.

Everything has been very simple and the support is fantastic.
Olivia was quick to answer my questions.

I’ll note that I haven’t ordered yet, but my experience with customer service was excellent. During my process of signing up for an account, I received a text from Olivia asking if I needed help or had any questions. She was pleasant, friendly, and answered all of my questions. So far my experience has been a positive one, and I plan to place my order later this week. I have been using a different provider for a couple of years, but heard good things about Gimme Care, and their pricing structure was attractive to me, as I’m always looking for ways to decrease my monthly expenses. I’ll update again after I have received my first order!

I am extremely impressed with Gimmie Care all around. I’m not going nowhere unless I decide to stop because my goal is met which is right around the corner!! So excited!!!!!

First off I tried to cancel my order due to the shipment taking too long, when I asked to cancel, they shipped it 2 days later then emailed me saying they couldn’t because it was already shipped. My meds arrived and they were no longer cold. It was in my fridge for a few days. I took a dose yesterday and have been throwing up for 10 hours straight. I’ve been on and off GLPs and have never been this sick.

Gimme care has been a great experience for me so far on my weight loss journey. The doctors and support staff are fantastic and I received the medication order very quickly, well packed and ice cold! Customer service rates high in my book as well, very attentive!

Been using Gimme for four months now and down 32 pounds total. The process from signup to first dose was seamless and every monthly refill has arrived on time. When I had concerns about titration, the doctor in the portal explained everything clearly. For anyone on the fence—give them a try. They've earned my loyalty.

I was dissapointed with their customer service. I have very few needs using the GLP. I had two experiences with customer service and both were bad. I inquired about an issue with delivery and the vials not mainting a cold temperature. The second issue I had was with lack of syringes, that were either not delivered or misplaced, but either way it is a very small ask for more syringes, but apparently it was too much to ask of them. I would have paid for the syringes. I have since cancelled my subscription.

So far, I've had a pleasant experience. Olivia has been very prompt and helpful with answering any questions and providing information about the costs!
