stars to the whole Gimme team! I was nervous about switching from my brand name prescription, but the compounded version works exactly the same for me at a fraction of the cost. No insurance headaches, no pharmacy runs, just a box at my door every month. Simple as that.

It may be one of the cheapest places to get GLP-1’s.. and the product seems to work, but the customer service is appalling. When signing up, they’re all over it! But when you have questions or if you want to cancel, they’re nowhere to be found.
I didn’t complete my 3 month check in on purpose, because I had an abundance of product i wanted to use before I got my refill (apparently, you’re supposed to do that before you’re refill)… but they charged me and said my refill was on the way ANYWAY… I messaged and emailed numerous times, for days on end without response until finally deciding to cancel my membership due to the lack of any response. The problem? There’s no way to cancel on the app or website. The only way to get them to respond to me? Threaten them with going to the BBB or going further than that.

So far so good! I received my medication. It took about 9 days total from intake until I received it. The communication once you get to the regular email is very good. There was an intake video with the doctor and I was given the steps on how to take the medication. My only issue was that the medication came warm and the ice blocks were completely melted. I do live in Arizona and it is 117° but, I picked it up off the porch immediately. Everyone has been very helpful!

Updating my review to 5 stars! Had a small hiccup with my shipping address and reached out to customer service. They handled it immediately and even followed up to make sure my package arrived. That's the kind of service you just don't see anymore. The medication is legit and working beautifully.

The worst experience of my life ,

My product was supposed to come August 2. It didn’t arrive until August 4 and even the federal express guy said he would not expect it to be so warm so I refused it and I canceled my order with my credit card. I can’t get a single person to give me an answer as to what’s going on. I keep getting emails from Federal Express that it’s on its way and will deliver August 1. There’s no portal that actually works. There’s no customer service. There’s absolutely nothing or anybody to talk to and now they wanna charge me in an email they said extra for shipping because I refused the warm shipment absolutely absurd oh and one guy asked me to back out. My refused from my bank account so I did thinking I’m gonna get it right away and today is Thursday and this started on Monday and I still haven’t got any answer from anybody lots of emails all conflicting, but you never get a live body ever.

Mary was very helpful in resolving my issues with the pharmacy shipments. She kept me informed along the way and followed through until resolved.
