Not all the products were delivered and they did refund and a broken product, but for £30 delivery fee I asked if I could add to the product missing. So to clarify I wanted to buy more items and as they would be delivering anyway felt I shouldn’t have to pay another delivery fee. They didn’t respond I had refund for product missing and ordered from another company

The guy rang me up (I was out) and asked where he should put the bag of soil because it meant blocking a car in and then he off loaded a fench panel and some wood behind said car out the way....... Brilliant

This is my 3rd order from Gills now, I will have to say, I can’t fault the service they have provided, all the items I’ve ordered are superb quality, delivered on time has always been perfect and the drivers are so helpful, thanks again to you all, fantastic service.

Missing items when delivery came despite me calling the company to get a delivery update theyvhad a week to tell me my items were not on my delivery then the man im the office started to curse me like I should not be complaining well mate I am the customer you need ppl lije me in the trade to survive it will be hard to use these again I think the man dntblijevhis job loose the attitude mate else i will name you nxt time be nice likevyour daughter in accounts
