The Strip Lights were fantastic at our wedding, they communicated with us throughout the process to prepare some special request songs and kept the dance floor full throughout the night. Great bunch of people!

I'm a performer with a Gig Heaven listing and haven't booked a gig on this platform but will probably delete my profile after seeing how frustrating it is to communicate with clients through their platform. Unlike GigSalad and The Bash, Gig Heaven does not allow performers to send external links to our websites, social media profiles and other online portfolios. We're also not allowed to exchange contact information even after we've been in contact with the client through their messaging system. If you want to call the client, you have to do a video call through their own proprietary version of Zoom, which is an additional inconvenience. (And who knows if it's secure). I understand this is an online booking agency and they want to funnel everything through their website to collect the 10% booking fee, but as a performer this makes it incredibly difficult to communicate transparently and efficiently with my clients and accurately showcase what I do. If the interface is this weird on the vendor side, it's probably just as frustrating for clients who want to see a performer's work and get to know them before booking (without having to pay a 10% booking fee just to hire them through Gig Heaven).

We hired Daniel Macia to play guitar the day after our wedding at a BBQ he was great very professional, on time and all our guests loved the vibe created, the Spanish music was a lovely chilled atmosphere for our guests who had a few sore heads and then finished stronger giving people more energy to go again! X

I was a little worried with all the scams out there about sending deposit money to Gig Heaven for securing a violinist for my daughter's recent wedding but it went smoothly; they responded quickly and were very professional.

The band is very professional, nice attitude, well prepared. Nice variety of musical instruments, the violin makes it very special.

We came cross Gig Heaven by chance because a local group we'd hoped might be available to perform at our party at short notice weren't, but in Googling them we found that Gig Heaven hosted some of their demos and decided to give the platform's service a try. Very simple to use site with a very wide choice of performers. We found a jazz band we liked very much and the process of booking felt very secure. The fee charged was reasonable. The band we booked was a great success so I shall certainly consider using this site again in future.

I needed a Celebrant for a surprise renewal in Positano, IT. Wow, what a great find and help. Although I did not hire the saxophonist from Gig Heaven they did have options.
