Fast customer service. Happy to find space for menthols. Smokes are ok. Delivery took 13 days. However not trackable at all. Generally very satisfied.

Excellent customer service.
Daniel is always ultra helpful.
Standard delivery takes a while but the paid delivery is much faster.

Delivered within a week of being sent. Great updates from Daniel. Only slight negative is that I did not receive the brand I ordered but that's just a minor inconvenience

Absolutely useless! I ordered a menthol brand was told after I ordered and paid they had ran out then asked for another Parliament and they said they’d ship one month later they arrive as Rothmans Demi not even what I’d asked for! Don’t use these guys terrible operation and they don’t get back to you at customer service! Just get some one flying from that country to bring them back for you.

Prices are a bit steep but service is excellent and prompt response to any email inquiry

The only company that delivered my $100 Cigarette package to Australia. Albeit with a slight delay. The cigarettes are of excellent quality. Customer Service is great . Pretty happy . Score 4 for delay only.

I echo comments from Steven Lee. I was skeptical about the whole thing but always got a swift and efficient response from "Daniel". Even with the Covid thing and having to get the package delivered by snail mail via all sorts of places, Daniel responded and refunded the extra air freight premium immediately. The goods have arrived. Really delighted and recommend this company.

Ordered 600 menthol click cigarettes in April but due to COVID they took a lot longer to arrive than stated I was a bit dubious about ordering but every time I emailed about the progress Daniel replied straight away the only problem we had was that only 400 turned up Daniel offered to ship the missing 200 or refund the difference the money was back in my bank that day can’t fault the service will buy from again

Order was delayed due to COVID crisis, however Daniel was in constant contact and has offered full refund. Will definitely be using again soon as COVID crisis calms down a little. Highly recommend

The product itself was original and exactly what was ordered, will use again with no hesitation.
