I have ordered 3 times with DFC. So far all passed customs, and arrived in 12, 9, and 9 days respectively. 👍
Sadly DFC doesn't guarantee delivery as some others do (another supplier I know will just keep re-sending your order until it passes customs), so while I can say DFC is reliable, I can't yet say how reliable the end delivery will be. Customs might pick up their game and x-ray more packages, for example.

BiBo Fine Cut 40g, Blue Fine Cut 120g, and Stanley Double Raspberry 75g.
Packaging arrived in good condition. The cut is even and moisture level feels appropriate.
Each product has its own character: BiBo is more classic, Blue is mild and smooth, and Stanley has a noticeable raspberry aroma.
