Customer Service Experience
I received a very quick and very polite response for my question. I bought a AMC bundle over a year ago and never did anything with it. When I went to use it the link was expired. Miranda was very helpful and quickly got another link sent over so I could use my items I purchased! I was able to quickly get it all done!

Delivery is very quick

Delivery is very quick; the multi-step process and pdf-based delivery is a bit cumbersome, but vouchers are easy to input into the AMC app. Customer service is great as well.

Reconsidered review for Excellent Customer Service

I am updating my review from 1 star to 4 stars. Originally I had serious issues redeeming a Giftory gift card that I received as a Christmas gift, but I finally received much needed help from Miranda in customer service. Not only did she resolve my issue, but she gave me a complimentary $25 gift card for my troubles. She was truly a pleasure work with. I would give her 5 stars for her superb customer service!

Great idea, bad execution

The overall idea of Giftory is great - a third party that provides a gift certificate service and all you do is buy it and they take care of the scheduling and logistics once the receiver chooses their location for their gifted service. However, in practice, there are a lot of issues with this service. Only the gift purchaser can use their email address once they purchase the gift. My SIL gifted me some experiences and then had to communicate with customer support to get the date and logistics scheduled. Why is there no email transfer allowed for a voucher once purchased?? Also, I had to wait a week each time between messages to customer support when booking my experience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughtful feedback. We love the concept of gifting experiences too, but I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to have your sister-in-law act as a middleperson for all of your booking communications.

You bring up a very valid point. When a purchaser enters their own email instead of the recipient's, it definitely complicates the process. We are actively looking into ways to improve our platform so that updating contact information and transferring communication directly to the gift recipient is much easier and less tedious.

I also want to sincerely apologize for the delay in our customer support responses. Waiting a week between messages is absolutely not the standard we strive for, and I am sorry that it dragged out the process of getting your event confirmed.

Difficult process



Very difficult to use . I had a gift of $75.00 and Giftory tricked me into buying another $25.00 or I couldn’t use the gift card. It took 4 weeks to finalize the card for me to finally use…which I haven’t used yet…😡
I hope I never get another gift card from Giftory. I read some reviews that said Giftory had great customer service however I did not have the same experience. The website said it was down and when trying to email or call I was always notified that I would be notified within 5-7 MORE business days. My assistant worked on getting my gift card for an entire month! Ridiculous.

The emails are very confusing

The emails are very confusing. I looked for the address and where it tells me to board the boat is by a building?? I’ve tried to acutely fine where I go! Have not got that yet!?!?
