It was a cool experience. I loved the puzzles we had to solve. I would recommend going hungry and eat your food as you get it. Don’t wait until the end to eat everything because it was way too much for one meal.

I lost the giftory gift card email that they sent me. There is no way to get the gift card back on their website by logging into my account. Why? Because they DONT have Usernames and Passwords like everyone else! Go to their website and try to set up an account before you buy a gift card. YOU CANT. The only way to log in is through an email link. Don’t lose that link! Also if you give them your credit card to save for future purchases you can’t log in to giftory to delete your credit card if you decide to delete it later. You have to go to a different company (not Giftory) and hope you can log in there. I couldn’t.
They were impossible to contact before the first time I did a review on TrustPilot. After writing a complaint on TrustPilot they finally contacted me for the first time and at that time they said they would NOT help me with my Shopify problem. (Now they say they help will but it’s too late). I could not log in because I thought my email on Shopify was deleted years ago. Shopify wanted all kinds of invasive information about me to fix the problem like they wanted my IP Address. It took weeks to fix the problem.
I hope Giftory changes their policies and lets people log in to the website like normal companies do. And tell everyone on their website how to delete credit cards before they use them to order.
The website does not have any way to get our gift cards if we lose the email.

I would not recommend using Giftory - I received two vouchers from family. The first was for a restaurant. I followed the instructions and confirmed with the restaurant but the voucher did not end up working when I paid. I then tried to refund the voucher to the original purchaser through Giftory, but this took several weeks and a lot of back and forth. They then wouldn't let me refund the second voucher because 14 days had passed.

I was going to give you a 3 or 4 based on my first call and how difficult it was to get ahold of someone. The information that was sent to me didn’t work. 🤬Called again and got Miranda!! Reason for my change to 5 stars. Miranda went above and beyond to assist in getting my trip planned. I had been very stressed when I called the second time. Miranda’s calm and reassuring demeanor got me back to being a normal person. She is a jewel and a fantastic Customer Support person.

***UPDATE: after posting my review here they FINALLY after 2 weeks were so conveniently able to resolve this issue. The review stays. They are trying to make a quick buck off those who are too tired or lazy to fight it. ***They sell used tickets for AMC, they lead you along for weeks on the customer service side and never resolve anything and they just stop answering. I had evidence of ONE of my ticket being already redeemed when i purchased it, they simply stopped answering. I gave them all the info they requested, my answeres were immediate, nothing. I had to use the other vouchers that were valid and just pay for the missing ticket full price so i saved NOTHING. SCAMMMMMMMM ALERT

Thought my job had done a nice thing letting us pick out gift cards through Giftory. Went to use it and was told it had a $0 balance they said it was already used at a day and time that would have been impossible. Next christmas I'll skip the hastle if they do it again.

Our son got us a Giftory gift certificate for one of 4 Michelin restaurants. I had incorrectly stated that I thought it might be invalid because the restaurant didn’t recognize the voucher I had presented. This was absolutely my fault as I did not understand how it worked. Giftory (specifically Miranda) reached out to me and was absolutely amazing in helping me figure it out. Wonderful customer service by Giftory!!!
