Thanks so much for taking the time to write us a review, we appreciate it. I'm sorry to hear you were expecting delivery early that it arrived. We dispatched this gift on 1 Sept as your order was placed after our same-day dispatch for a 31st Aug dispatch. This then took 3 working days to get to the recipient. Our standard timeframes for a South Island address is 2 - 3 working days.
