I ordered an item and paid for it to be delivered interanitonally. I've tried to contact the company countless time by trying to call, email and through their website, but haven't been able to get through to anyone. I placed my order a month ago and it still hasn't been delivered?!

I ordered an item and paid for express post on 15th December. Today is 20th December and I have not received any tracking details and the company will not respond to my emails. It is a Christmas present and it seems unlikely that it will arrive on time. Very disappointing considering I paid extra to get it well before Christmas !!!

Terrible customer support; in call for more than a hour before they get to you, and then they just tell you to call back another time. Won't respond to mail or any other form of communication.
