My experience with Adam and Natalie has been FLAWLESS! I appreciate the work done for me by the publishing team too, but the ball has been floating in the air for some time now. I have people that are wanting to purchase my books, and things are not going as planned with that currently. After struggling to complete my book through three (3) project managers my experience has been totally unsatisfactory. In the first instance of editing efforts by the ghostwriting proficiency team, it was clear their unconscious identifications and unconscious identifications with systemic racism would not allow them to contribute authentically to my book which focused on ending racism. They failed at every turn and submitted a completely flawed so-called prepublication manuscript that I had to pay a second fee to get completely redone with timely effort. A horrible and overly expensive adventure into total incompetence.

I have the best experience with the team. The communication was really great. Whenever I would ask a question, I would get a quick response. I really enjoyed the person that I was assigned with. His name is Isaac. He was very helpful in helping me reach my dreams.

My worst experience ever! They keep offering you other stuff not even finishing what you paid them to do. I hired them to edit or proofread my book and it took ages. WTH! You’re not writing, it’s just editing. You could just imagine having them write it. Almost 2 years on my owner one and not done yet. They rate their own company so don’t believe the positive reviews. Save yourself and do business somewhere else.

Great adventure with my first book.
They were helpful, insightful, and showed great experience. We did have one hiccup with editing but that was resolved and fixed in a good time frame. The only downside is things can get pricey at times with endless promotions. I get it, it's all business at the end of the day. Nonetheless, they are great at what they do and have an amazing team and work ethic. I recommend them for new Authors trying to comprehend the business side of writing a book. I learned a lot.

Expectations were met but at the beginning there was miscommunication which hindered the process. They were very informative and helped with the development of the book from start to finish.

When I entered into this agreement I truly didn't know what to expect. I could not be more pleased. When I did have a slight problem or question, Brian, Jonathan and the team were quick to respond. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!if I could give a zero review I would this company ran off with $1500 of mine first I paid $2500 for a ghost writer and yes the did write 3 chapters and I didn't like it so I asked for a partial refund since I knew they had did some work, but instead they offered to do a podcast for me with an additional charge of $1500 on top of the $2500 I already paid for a complete book. The podcast was paid for in 10/2022 and was suppose to be done in 1/2023 which I stopped hearing from them and for a period of time I was promised a refund never received anything, they won't text back email back or answer anymore of my calls. They show their business address in Los Angeles on flower street but when I had paperwork mailed said ghost writers proficiency is unknown :( I am now reporting them to the FTC I can't get my money back from my cc company because its been more than 90 days since purchased! I need my money back and I want to go to small claims but they are hiding behind another company name that has got to be fraud so I’m getting a lawyer FTC OF CA will be investigating I’m not stopping till they compensate me! Oh and trustpilot font let this company reject my review I have proof of everything I think it’s all good till someone wants a refund then they claim not to know the individual!
