Did a ghost hunt at Gresley Old Hall in September, the original times were put back as the venue was double booked. Then was doing table tipping in the basement and nothing was happening when one of the team leaders Danny joined in and was quite blatantly rocking the table! everyone in the group noticed it and was talking about it afterwards, when it was brought up with other team leaders they said they knew that he does this and have spoken to him but he still does it!
All this after having been told in the briefing at the start that no trickery or faking would be carried out, the rest of the night was awful as we could no longer trust anything that apparently happened after that.
I used the contact address on the website to file a complaint about what had happened but the company did not even have the decency to reply.
Stay well away! Use a reputable company instead of wasting good money on a bad experience.

Do not go anywhere near this company. They cancelled by ghost hunt 3 times but rebooked (not due to COVID) when I complained about the 3rd cancellation they just refunded my money they have no customer service and treat customers like dirt and become rude. Please steer clear of these people.
