I took NINE points but during redeeming process asked me to confirm with payment procedure and i did and return to redeem points turned to "ZERO".
i mailed so many So many times but no response… I watched Hidetv videos so I mailed them Hidetv replied Thank you for the message again. We are seeing this as part of successful redemption on our end, and GG2U was properly credited for this transaction. They wouldn’t credit me for my rise of kingdoms offer even though I completed it. I provided proof and they told me we can’t credit you because you or someone in your household downloaded it before. I or anyone in my household have never downloaded rise of kingdoms before. They just invent random stuff to not credit you. Safe to say if they don’t credit me I will never use this site again.

Note: This is an update to my previous review (now deleted) as I was being much too hasty.

I have used A LOT of different offerwall/survey sites and apps and I have to say that GG2U stands out above the rest. I really regret not discovering it before wasting a lot of my time elsewhere.
The sheer quantity and variety of offer options is really surprising. About 20 different survey providers, 16 offerwalls, gaming offers, video watching offers, and even radio offers.
The thing that really impressed me, though, was that when my initial payment request (which I was able to do after only about 36 hours of fairly casual activity) would not go through, I contacted support as well as the creator and actually received a response from humans apologizing and letting me know that they had already corrected the problem. My payment worked on the first try after that and I received my money in only a couple hours. I have attempted to remedy problems on at least 7 other similar services and offerwalls and not once have I received anything more than a link to my support ticket, repeated robo-emails asking for “more evidence”, or an automated “please wait 72 hours” message, let alone actually having the problem corrected.
I highly recommend using this site first for anyone wanting to make a little extra money. Despite my initial misgivings due to repeated negative experiences with similar companies, they have really impressed me and turned my opinion around 180 degrees.

Edit: As I’ve used this site more and more, I’ve encountered an issue with payouts that reduced my rating. The payout time, at least for paypal, is incredibly arbitrary and never during the day (for CST). In fact, it seems to take longer and longer every time I request a payout and then it’s up to me to check every hour to see if they finally found the time to send $10 to my Paypal. I know it’s pretty standard for these companies to act like you want them to get you a fake passport when you request your fraction of the money they have already received but that doesn’t mean it isn’t unbelievably frustrating
